I've had several experiences with PPG. They have been a solid company to use for getting my health tests done quickly and efficiently. But one experience stands out. I moved a year ago, and had a test kit packed away that I hadn't used. I lost it and when I tried to replace it, the order kept telling me I already had it. I talked to the rep at our National show, and she simply smiled and said "No Problem!" and replaced it for me right then, no cost, and away I went. This is why PPG is the best!

The swabs are too large and painful for my dogs, and 3 swabs per animal are required.
