I have loved the service! I do wish when results came back, a paper certificate would be mailed.

Although pricier than other genetic companies, Pawprint has a great reputation that is trustworthy and reliable. The results are given back in a timely manner and their website is easy to use to access all of your dogs information. They do have a lot of awesome sales throughout the year as well which are worth taking advantage of. This is my #1 recommended genetic company.

I will use Paw Print again! First of all, they have a very quick turn around with their tests. The disease/genetic panel pricing is the best around. When I emailed Paw Print with a question, their response was immediate.

Absolutely great customer service and support. Very knowledgeable. The prices are a little high even when you have discount days which help ALOT and are very appreciated. I do wish you had a litter discount when only one or 2 tests need done.
