The ordering process was very easy. The company had a previous sample on file for the requested test but prior to proceeding with the test discovered it was not sufficient for what was requested so they called me and explained the situation. They immediately sent a new test kit so I could take a new sample. The process was very easy and efficient. Results were received in less than two weeks.
