The Best in the Industry. We highly recommend this lab and the genuine people here. We always receive a prompt response to our questions. They provide honest answers and even explain to us one-on-one when we have requested too much testing so that we have been given credit. Now that is good business. Excellent descriptions with the results provided as well.

They told me it would be a couple of weeks...It was a couple of DAYS

Fast turnaround time and overall great experience! It took a little under 2 weeks to complete the testing process and get results. We did not need to have them send us test kits and sent the samples 2 day via USPS priority mail. From the date it was received it took about a week for results. Very fast, efficient and exactly what we were looking for!

I mistakenly switched to embark last year, they boast of being the most up to date, more detailed test out there. After myself and several other BREEDERS found our dogs were not even getting a complete essential breed panel. I should have never trusted any lab but PAWPRINTS with the security of my breeding program!
