I am impressed with the customer service. I also like the format of the results and health certificate. My only issue is the costs of the tests. By the time we add on costs to register results with OFA, becomes almost cost prohibitive. I do not have large litters. Not sure what I would do if I had large litters. I test my entire litter as well as register with OFA,

Fast and efficient. Called customer server for further explanation on results and they were so helpful and well versed on test results. I am very satisfied. Great service overall.

Being located in Northern Alberta, I really appreciate how quickly I receive my swabs and the turn around time is very reasonable. My favorite feature of PawPrimt Genetics compared to other companies is the fact that the DNA stays on file and I can order other tests at a later date without having to reswab. That alone is enough to keep me coming back! I have always been very happy with customer service as well. It is prompt and efficacious. Thank you!

Great Lab! Website is easy to navigate.. Prompt service, quick turnaround. Not always the best news but great service.
