I got this for my wife for our 25th anniversary. She and her dog Paisley have a special bond, and she has had her eye on something like this for a few years. The smile on her face told me she made the right decision. The craftmanship was impeccable and she truly loved her gift.

The keychain arrived and looked fabulous—excellent quality and loved by the recipient.

I placed an order for a pendant for my wife as an homage to our dog who passed away this past fall. I received updates from Pawbau that they were working on the order and that it had shipped on 12/26. It was alleged to been out for delivery on 12/29 and was subsequently changed to "Scanned Parcel processing delay" state on 1/2/2025. I reached out to "Amanda" who had been emailing me about the progress of the order who effectively ignored my request for assistance with the order on January 11th as well as "Elisa" who emailed that she was the designer that created the order with a photo of a pendant that wasn't the breed or name of the dog that I'd ordered and requesting a review. When I responded that I would like some assistance getting the issues with my order, they went silent. They apparently use a shipping company (Uniuni) that I'd never heard of but now, as of 1/31/2025, with no response from PAWBAU, I've contested the charge with my credit card company to refund my purchase. Regardless of whether it was them or the shipping company, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation.

This was a Christmas gift for my son's fiancé. She had recently lost her Poodle and therefore giving her a gift of her beloved Henry, complete with halo, that she can cherish for years to come made a perfect gift. It looked as lovely as I hoped it would. She was very happy with it and so was I.

The pendant came out looking amazing and my wife loved it! Every step of the process the company was there to give me updates and keep me up to speed as the it was being made.
