Replacement item sent
The charm is great, but the necklace it comes in will not stay on and three charm doesn't fit in another chain. A different clasp would be soooo NYC better. Can't really wear it After original review for problem with the chain I was contacted to rectify the situationand a new chain was sent. The response and desire to fix the problem is appreciated. Hoping the chain stays on this time.
