Beautiful product and really captured not just the likeness, but the spirit of our dog! Also delivered far faster than expected - a pleasant extra surprise. Would really recommend 👌🏻

I LOVE the 2 bag charms that I ordered for a friend for Christmas. Helena was super responsive and helpful with the design and answered all of my questions within 24 hours. The charm is very high quality and so beautifully painted. I can’t wait to gift it this holiday season.

I ordered a custom charm from PawBau and it came out beautifully! It looked just like the photo I sent of my sister-in-law’s dog and really captured her personality. The craftsmanship is high-quality, and considering it’s handmade, it arrived quickly. A meaningful and well-made keepsake—I highly recommend it!

I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered Helena from PawBau! My hand-painted bag charm arrived promptly, and the portrait was nothing short of exquisite. She managed to capture my puppy in a way that made him look both mature and irresistibly charming! I gifted it to a dear friend for her birthday, and her sheer delight upon receiving it was priceless. Thank you, Helena, for pouring so much love and artistry into this beautiful charm! ☺️
