There are companies that have used our name and contact information for illegitimate means (one such company is https://pawandpet.co/) if you think this may have happened Paw does recommend you contact your financial institution as well as reporting this as Fraud to your local Police immediately. I just wanted to confirm you purchased from us at Paw.com since it looks as though you may be in the United Kingdom and currently Paw only ships within the United States and Canada. We also provide return shipping labels for our Customers returns so you would not have to pay for it as long as it's within 30 days of purchase.
