BUYER BEWARE... whether you bought it or not!

I wasn't aware that I had been signed up for this service until I notices the subscription fee come out of my bank account via PayPal TODAY. I did not sign up for this, though their customer service said I must have because of the information provided, and therefore I was told they will not refund my money. Also I'm past my "30 day" trial period. I didn't even know I was in a trial period as I did NOT sigh up for this. Though the site touts its "Moneyback Guarantee" it appears to be a marketing ploy. I have never logged in to "my" account in the 30+ days I've supposedly had the account. Wouldn't that seem strange for someone to knowingly sign up and NEVER sign in?? Also, I was offended by the rep saying I provided personal information, such as the behaviors I wanted help with, so it must have been me that signed up, 1. anyone could make up whatever they wanted to and sign you up. You don't know me or my dogs, so you have no idea if the information provided is even true. AND when I finally logged in today, there is no easily navigable place to see what "I" signed up for, what pets I supposedly have and what their behaviors are. 2. Sadly in the world of hacking, anyone could get your personal banking info. Despite how I try to protect it, we all know it lives on the dark web. SO PLEASE, why are you so sure it was me????????? Given how the customer service handled my request, I'd say buyer beware. If you can't handle people how can you handle a pet??
