I couldn't figure out how to find the links to cancel our subscription. With all my bumbling and problems with the internet, Emma came through and not only cancelled our subscription, she was kind and helpful. This world needs more people like Emma. Thank you to all of you at Paw Champ!

Beware of additional training subscriptions
Customers please be aware that after purchasing the initial training script, you will receive additional pop up screens for an expert subscription for $19.99 and nutrition handbook for around $10. The prices must be in fine print, as I clicked on the button and was immediately charged without an opportunity to read more about it or find out the price. I have contacted customer service and my first reply back was that these extra subscriptions were clearly stated. I am hoping my second e-mail will refund these charges that I did not want.

Worst customer experience.
Without a doubt, the worst customer experience I have ever faced. Tried to cancel the subscription, but there's no cancellation button in my account. Emailed support, they confirmed the subscription was cancelled, I still get billed. They refuse to refund or cancel the subscription. They finally provided a 50% refund and confirmed the cancellation. Next month, same again, billed at full price despite the cancellation. They refuse a refund, I have to provide more evidence that I cancelled months ago. They still won't provide a refund and have continued to bill me again! I can't log into my account as it says my account has expired. Avoid at all costs.
