Customer service is AWFUL..bought a Delia wig which was way too small even tho it said average..sent wig&filled out the form for a return &exchange for another wig Shelby..waited&called customer service 2x to keep them posted on what I wanted. After another week of nothing..I called to find out they'd issued me a refund after a restocking fee..1st..I was told that they DIDN'T receive wig yet..then told they received the wig..2nd.the exchange wig didn't come 8n average/color I wanted..I asked them why didn't anyone notify me via email or phone or text?as I had been waiting on the exchange wig..no idea was the answer..they said they mailed a postcard to notify me..surprise as we are in the digital age. Not happy with their service. I stay with a company if customer service excels..evidently they don't need my business. I'll shop at TWC.

Don’t accept returns make up fake results stating smell etc

I should have read all the reviews all over the net about the horrible refund policy of Paula Young. I made a purchase (product price plus shipping and handling) was $59.51. The wig was too small. I returned it in pristine shape with all the original packing materials and the provided return mail label. I finally received a refund of $32.54! Almost $30 was taken from me on this purchase and I have nothing and they have their product back. Shameful business practice. DO NOT buy from this company.

This is total scammer website ,i have an experience of blogging with them and they really don't pay and do scams with website owner.

I have been ordering from this company for at least 30 years. Not by choice but I have to wear a wig. They have always been so wonderful but the last year when i call i can’t understand who i’m talking to and the background talking is so loud you can’t hear. When i called back to nicely complain i was treated very rudely. i hate to see this company going down the tubes like so many other companies are doing. Women who have no hair have enough heart ache to deal with without out being treated rudely by the people that are supposed to be helping them. Thank God I don’t have cancer but what if my 16 year old nice has needed them while she was dying of cancer and needed a wig. Please step it up in the caring department. I really don’t want to do business anywhere else but i’m feeling kinda betrayed right now by what used to be a great company.

From Paula Young I ordered and received 2 wigs. One was not the colored I ordered. I immediately returned it with the required paperwork. I waited 5 weeks for a refund. Today I called them and first they said I returned it without paperwork. I disputed that fact so they said that they didn't refund wigs on sale. I did not try it on! I returned it immediately. They sent the wrong wig. I paid $35 plus tax. They have a credit that I can use in the amount of $24 again punishing me for their mistake. I want a refund! I will not order anything from.them again!

The wigs are always in good shape and quality however, the customer service is always horrible every single time. They are rude, talk over you like you cant even finish a sentence, they speak so fast and rush to the next item, I cant order online as my address wont automatically come up so I always have to call and their selling schpeel is so long and you can keep saying I want nothing else but they keep going and if you have a promo code they say they have applied it but it never calculates until you explain your calculations. The online amount does not match what they bill you when you call and all they say is you cant go by the online charges....WTH?... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I returned 2 wigs because they were not as expected and just did not look good on me. I returned the items (Meryl and Harlow wigs) on 8/31/23 using their return label for which I paid extra and will be deducted from my refund. They received the items on 9/11/23. They have a policy of giving you the refund, but you have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get the refund according to their Customer Service Rep. It's surprising to me that it should take so long to get a refund. On the back of their packing slip, which you get in the box with the wigs, it clearly states that it takes them 3 business days to process a refund or exchange. This means that I should have gotten a refund by now as it has been 4 business days (9/15/23). However, I was told by Customer Service when I called, that I will have to wait until 9/26/23 to get the refund. This means that they do not follow their own procedure on returns. You have to pay them immediately when you buy their product but have to wait what seems to me to be a very long time to get a refund and totally different from what it states on the back of their packing slip!!!! I think they should have a better system in place, being a very large company, to get you a refund more promptly and to also follow their own policy on returns and exchanges!!! I am very unhappy with Paula Young's service, not to mention they add on a charge of $1.95 which they call a "staging fee". There is no explanation as to why they add this charge to your bill.
