I have been an consistent customer of Paula Young for quite a while, having purchased several clip-on ponytail-style hairpieces over 20 years. I had been mostly satisfied with the quality and color of the hairpieces...up to now. My old hairpieces were made of 80% modacrylic 20% pvc fiber and were of better quality/more realistic than the new 100% Kanekalon products (way too shiny and slick texture!). Also, the number of hair colors available are significantly less than before for clip-on hairpieces (and of course the color I always opted for is not now available.) So I likely will not be buying additional products from Paula Young...

It’s too bad one person in customer service can ruin it for the companies reputation. They need to start recording calls and having customer service surveys. Also the wigs themselves are super tiny. The average size kept slipping off my head. I won’t even send it back because I don’t want to deal with anyone there again. This business practice of a fee of 14.95 seems a bit deceptive. The person that took my cancellation was quite nice, the girl that took my initial call- nasty.
