Read the fine print on returns, because they will do anything they can not to refund your money. I bought a wig and like another complaint, mine also had hairs sticking up from the top and no way to hide it. Bad construction. The return info that came with the wig read that it must be in pristine order with all tags on. I looked at it , stuck in back in the box just as it came. After I returned it , a while past then I looked into why no refund. Because it was a clearance item, only an exchange or merchandise credit is allowed. I wanted my money back. They credited me $1.71. What that was for, I don't know. I argued with customer service about no refund. So I gave up. I don't want anymore of their wigs , so I'm out $90.00. Read the return policy. They have been fraudulently been charging $15 to my card monthly for an undetermined amount of time! I sent an email 6 months ago asking why a charge showed up and wanted a refund. They continued to charge me after that! It was clear I had no idea why and ive never signed up for this. Ive seen this complaint about them since i noticed this. We need a class-action lawsuit filed!

THEY NEVER SENT THE WIGS, AND ALSO CHARGED MY CARD FOR WIGS I DID NOT ORDER. FINALLY, AFTER WEEKS I GOT A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAD ALSO NOT RESPONDED TO MY MANY EMAILS. TODAY CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THAT THEY ARE BEHIND ON SHIPPING ORDERS BUT INSISTED THEY HAD SHIPPED MY ORDER. I ASKED FOR A CREDIT ON MY CARD FOR ALL THE ORDERS INCLUDING THE ONES I DO NOT RECOGNIZE. THEY REFUSED. INSTEAD, THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESHIP THE ORDER “SOME TIME.” I TOLD THEM TO NOT SHIP THE ORDER AND TO GIVE ME A CREDIT. THEY REFUSED THIS. I TOLD THEM I WOULD REFUSE THE ORDER AT THE POST OFFICE. THEY TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE A $19.00 REFUSAL CHARGE ON TOP OF A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!! BAIT-AND-SWITCH MUCH??

The wig that I'd selected from the pamphlet for $39.00, was nearly double the price on the website, and there was no information (code key) to enter to get the same discount online as was offered to me in the mailer. I didn't want to send a check because there is always the risk of some mishap occurring along the way, causing me to have to wait sometimes weeks only to discover that they never received it and then I'd have a check out there floating around that - if you I should fail to put a stop payment on - may cause my bank checking account to be inaccurate and/or disrupted for as long as it takes me to decide to pay the $15.00 or higher fee for a check cancellation. ...I ended up sending in my credit card information in the pamphlet order form, so I could pay by credit card. My choice to pay by mail was the only pay that I could get the price quoted to me for that specific wig (order and item number). Paula Young took three weeks to notify me, via post card, that the item was out of stock. I am appalled that they would advertise an item via a mailer and quote one price in the mailer and another on the website, for the same item number - and then make it near-impossible to get them to honor the quoted price, and then finally - after wasting weeks of my time, disclosing that they do not have the item after all. My overall opinion: Paula Young reels in potential customers by making them believe the item they select will be significantly cheaper than the price they end up paying, if they call their order in. ...And you will not get the item if you mail it in. I'm not advising you against patronizing Paula Young, I am simply warning you that you most likely will not get the item for the price quoted to you in a mailer.

Horrible, horrible experience with this company. I ordered a wig on 4/10/2020. I had something come up and needed to cancel the order the next day on 4/11/2020. My order was only processing, it had not shipped. When I called to cancel it, I was told the authorization that was being held on my account would be released within 24-48 hours. On that following Tuesday, I called back because the authorization was still there and it’s holding up my money. Again, I was told to please give it until Thursday, another 48 hours. Well today, April 21, 2020 the authorization hold is STILL on my account, they still not have released it. I gave up calling them, so I started a complaint with the BBB because this is unethical business practices that should be illegal. The BBB informed me they have taken on my case to try to help me get my money back. Will NEVER ever order for this horrible place again. Buyers beware!! Update: it’s now 5/6/2020 and I still haven’t received my money back for a wig that was never shipped, never received, nothing. Please, please beware of this business. I would never want this to happen to anyone else.

Horrible return policy. The wigs and colors you order are not what you see in catalog. Haircuts completely wrong. Do not buy from them

Bought the Logan wig...with all the fees a 49.99 wig ended up costing 69.00. Returned wig because it was too small only to find out AFTER it was returned that I can only get a credit of $45.04 not a refund. I will never purchase from this crooked company again. They suck. If I could award a negative rating I would.

I ordered a wig, didn’t like so I used the smartpost return label an the package is lost! I spoke to mailmen, spoke to Paula Young’s customer service on 4 different occasions, received different answers as to why they can’t provide the tracking number from the smartpost that was placed inside the box with the item I ordered! The USPS can not help me without a tracking number. Now I’m sitting her on hold waiting for over an hour to speak with a supervisor for Paula Young! Do not order an return n package, because if it gets lost you are just out of money an item! Never again!!
