The title tells it. Some products I've ordered didn't do what they promised, instead they did the opposite. However some products did miracles almost. Shipping is always too slow.

I started using Paula's Choice products several years ago after reading product reviews from her "cosmeticscop" website. What I loved so much was how she made consumers feel much more confident buying her products since she posted all ingredients with explanations for each ingredient. Even better, she offered low cost samples of all products so I could try before placing my next order! I've been a loyal customer ever since! I always order when there are friends & family discounts or other discounts & free shipping. Love this company!

I use a combination of the Clear line and Resist for wrinkles and acne for my very oily acne-prone skin. I have had "bad" skin all my life and basically just got very good with using expensive makeup to cover it up. I started using PC about a year ago thanks to makeup artist Wayne Goss, and it has changed my life!!!! No understatement! People always compliment me on how great my skin is now. My husband isn't impressed by much but he regularly says my skin looks amazing. Just out of the blue he tells me that, often! The texture of my skin is so smooth, and has that radiant quality everyone wants. Now I just use the PC Best Face Forward Foundation (very sheer) and my face looks flawless. I sound like a PC commercial - but seriously this product line can change your life. I tell everyone about it. The key is to speak with their reps and tell them specially what your skin issues are and they will recommend products. I have found their advice to be spot on. PC also very often have excellent coupon codes and free shipping. The prices are reasonable. A+++++++

I have skin that reacts badly to a lot of products and I am now 53 so I need gentle but effective skin care. I found this line doing research online and purchased it, since it is also affordable. I have now been using this line for over a year and can't get over how soft, smooth, and comfortable my skin looks and feels. This is the one for me and I have shared with many, including my 30 year old. I wish I had this when I was her age!

I've struggled for several years with Rosacea, persistent reddened patches on my face. Based on the recommends from Paula's Choice, a few months ago I reluctantly relinquished my alcohol-based toner and switched to PC skincare line targeted to Rosacea. And guess what? I see improvement! At this point I am not expecting any treatment to be 100% effective. But I'll take progress! Instead of a dark pink, my skin is now a light pink. And I don't need as much concealer as before. I'm so thrilled that after many failed products, I know have some that actually work!

I don't even remember when I first started using Paula's Choice. It was well before the packaging redesign, and after I read one of the "Cosmetics Counter" books. I am a fair skinned, blue eyed redhead who suffered with moderate acne through my teens and twenties and thirties. I wanted to use something to keep my skin looking great plus understanding what I put on my skin was important to me. I don't even remember what the first product I tried was because I have used so many-- I am now 52 and almost every day I am told I look much younger or someone compliments me on my skin. Those comments are nice, but the reason I use Paula's is because they make my skin feel good. Cleanser that doesn't make me feel tight, toner that soothes and does not sting, moisturizers that make my skin feel soft and supple, lip balm to keep my lips healthy (especially in our harsh winters). My skin never itches, never burns, never feels like I've put something on it that hurts it. I've learned so much about caring for my skin and why certain ingredients are never appropriate for skin (fragrance? Never!). Paula's means that I can use pretty remarkable stuff for a fraction of what department stores and luxury brands cost. There is dermatological science involved in the creation, and that science and rationale is outlined in the product information. I look to other users' reviews to learn as well. The website is absolutely user friendly. I love ordering online, products shipped to my door, NOT standing in the cosmetics aisle deciphering beauty industry marketing terms on packaging. I like using sample sizes to try new products and for travel. I look forward to many more years --the rest of my life-- using Paula's choice for my skin care. Smart, effective, reasonably priced products to keep me looking healthy. What more could you want? Thanks Paula!
