Does anyone know how to return products? Like do I need to buy stamps for the box and do I just write the address in the box? Please and thank you!

Really bad customer service. My girlfriend and I separately ordered some toner on two separate orders on our separate accounts using one of their recent promotions. Without any email notification or phone call, Paulas Choice canceled one of the two orders. Then mysteriously a week later neither of us could log into our accounts. We had to call them and they told us they had locked *both* of our accounts, without emailing us and without explaining why. Perhaps they didn't like that we both decided to use their promotion. Come on, if you're going to "ban" a customer, at least tell them why first. The customer service rep we called couldn't even tell us why our accounts had been locked. We will be returning all the Paulas Choice products we have purchased in the last 60 days for a refund, and switching to another brand. We liked the products and would have switched all our toiletry choices to their brand, but with customer service like that, we will never be back.

I am a long-time customer but, lately I have received three products from Paula's Choice that were within a few weeks of expiring. While the company is good about replacing items, who wants to order from a company that provides old products?

Paula's Choice is my go-to place when I need a new something-something for my skin. The shipping is okay, not too fast yet not too slow. The Paula's product range is great! The prices are good. I think they have a very educational website: lots of tips for skincare beginners and pro's. I highly recommend Paula's Choice.

This company has the worse customer service. I wanted to cancel order (I found that I am allergic to one of the ingredient and also they didn't mention in the list of ingredients hydroquinone). I call in 3 minutes after placing an order and explain that I am pregnant and ca't use this cream. The customer service rep refused to cancel and started to insist it is ok for me to use it. I said no I and she hing up the phone before I could say again that I cant use it because I am pregnant. I call back and she hing up as soon as she hears it was me. This is unacceptable customer service.

Given Paula's Choice Retinol 1% as a gift and it was to be the first night of using it but sadly the pump action does not work on mine which is really disappointing! I've noticed that others have commented on this fault. Please review as I'm very frustrated. Thank you.

I am an obsessed lover of beauty products. Although I have never used their products but I refer to their website before buying most of my skincare products. They are reliable and wonderful!
