patriciaspetals.comReviews of patriciaspetals.com

I also thought they were local in Atlanta and they lied about that when I asked them. They sent a completely different thrown together arrangement. Different flowers, different colors. When I complained they said they had the right to substitution. When I asked to speak to a manager they said they would call me back and never did. This is a bait and switch dishonest company

I ordered a peace lily to be sent to a friend on the anniversary of her little son's tragic death. I ordered from "Patricia's Petals" because they were listed as "#1 Florist in [my nearest town]." If I had known that they aren't even located here, I never would have ordered from them. What was delivered to my friend was not a peace lily, hideously ugly, non-flowering and unidentifiable. (I wish this review allowed space for pictures.) When I complained, I was told that it met their requirements for substitution and refused to tell me what it was. I had intended to order locally, and I assumed that with a sympathy plant some care would be shown to send something appropriate. I also assumed that in the case of a problem an effort would be made to make things right. What I got was a florist company who lied about where they were located, couldn't care less about my friend, and had no concern about providing good customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
