Terrible experience with this florist. The website claims to be local - NOT! I upgraded from deluxe (shown, which was beautiful in the photo!) to premium to get a really nice bouquet, or so I thought. The $80 arrangement arrived a day late, was tiny, and was not at all like the photo. Very embarrasing!

This company sent some garbage flowers. They were not what I ordered and then they were old flowers. They were fully bloomed and a dissatisfaction for the birthday gift. When i reached out to them they sent me to respond through the email. Please don't order from them. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered them.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I ordered flowers for the funeral of a family member in Fredericksburg, Texas, on Tuesday for the funeral on Wednesday. The flowers never arrived. They were sent instead to Fredericksburg, Ontario. I placed this order with a sales person on the phone, but when I called today, they tried to tell me it was placed online and that was the problem. They have not called me back to make this right. Do not trust this florist!!

A very disappointing experience. Ordered flowers with promises made that would be able to fill the order and get it delivered on time for the funeral. They did not. When I discovered what happened I found out that they not only did not have the product but didn't bother to call me to offer something they did have but texted a land line! What kind of customer service is this! Will not ever use this florist again.

You should never order from Patricia's Petals. I ordered on a Friday. They were suppose to deliver on a Saturday. They said they could not because of supply, but it would go out on Monday. I asked to call or email me to let me know the delivery was made. They never called. I called them again and was rerouted several times and finally emailed their supposedly customer service. Someone called and told me they would check on it and call me back. Never happened. I sent an email and left a message to cancel the $80 order. I then ordered from a local florist by finding out from the church with an experience of using. Paid another $80 for the order. I put my Discover card on freeze so the other company could not charge me. It went through a week later with still no contact or communication from Patricia's Petals. I called them again only to be put on hold several times while they were checking on it taking another 30 minutes or more. They finally told me it was delivered on Saturday. I will have to check with our Aunt to make sure, but I hate to call her after her husband died and ask. Anyway, it was an awful experience. Be sure and check online reviews. They have many bad ones.

Horrible service is a fraud Never again! Very different type of flowers than the examples they have in the website. And expensive for a plant that the place instead “ Highly NOT recommend it!

I’d give this “company” zero stars if I could. Complete SCAM. Website is beautiful but COMPLETELY misleading. It is not local. It is not a family owned business. It is total BS…an online agency that charges high prices, then fishes out the order to local florists. The result? Arrangements that are a complete MESS and worth 1/4 of the price, at best. Should’ve done my research before using. I look forward to slamming this business wherever possible to warn other potential customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. I ordered flowers, they CONFIRMED the delivery and the flowers were never sent or received. They refused to refund my money. It is a SCAM!
