Ordered an arrangement this morning for a funeral two days from now. I chose from what they have listed on their website. Got a call about an hour and a half later saying they can't fill the order due to some supplier issue. However, their site says orders are filled by local florists...soooo, no local florists have any flowers? Why not take down the listings so people can't order out of stock items? I called a local florist and got the order handled. Won't use an online gimmick site like this one again.

I wanted a local florist to send flowers to a client who was ill. Patricia's presented itself as a Colorado local business and promised that the flowers that I ordered would be delivered the next day. I got a call late that afternoon saying that they had a problem and they would deliver my flowers the next day. When that didn't happen, and I got hold of them by phone, they said (at 4PM) that the flowers were just going out now. Then I got put on hold and when they came back they told me their truck was broken. When I asked for them to cancel they were very mean until I brought up a relative in the state legislature, calling the state attorney general and the BBB. They finally cancelled and I got very nice flowers from a local.

I never received flowers

DO NOT use this company. I ordered $115 worth of flowers on a Wednesday for a Saturday family funeral. They called me on Friday saying they could not get me what I ordered but assured me something would be delivered. I received a text from them 7 minutes before our Grandfather's funeral saying they cancelled my order because they could not fulfill it and I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. This is not how a business should be run and it sickens me my family never received the flowers for our Grandfather's funeral that we couldn't attend.

Wow, wish I'd read these before I paid $80 for something not even close to what I ordered. Looked like it came from grocery story--in fact, I'm sure something from Lund's would have been better. I'm in Colo and wanted to send something nice for my daughter in Dayton, who just had a heartbreaking health issue. Patricia's refunded $ and said "Sorry." Not. enough. Never ever ever use these people.

The fraud starts when you look for local florists. Patricia's Petals has the search engines fixed so they appear to be both local and #1 wherever you are looking. They will promise everything over the phone, take your money, then deliver a complete joke. When you complain to this "family owned" business that the Deluxe Bouquet you ordered looks more like a Bargain Basement, they send you a Terms and Conditions contract that you have apparently agreed to. This means they can substitute any flowers for anything they want, and they do. Then you understand that this is not a real florist or a shop or local. AVOID PATRICIA'S PETALS AT ALL COST!

absolutely THE WORST florist in the world. Nasty customer service, sends out crappy plants that don't even come close to what you ordered and when you complain, they send you a clause that says as long as they send out anything they want, it acts as a substitute to any plant, color, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
