BUYER BEWARE, this place is likely a scam. The order we placed didn't arrive, they claimed their flowers didn't show up.

We ordered a $100 planter online for my aunt's funeral. When it arrived, it was the most pitiful planter I had ever seen in my life. It was very embarrassing when it arrived at the funeral home. I would never order anything from this company. It's bad enough that you are grieving, but to receive service like this too is just over the top.

I ordered flowers on Friday for my son's funeral on Monday. They called on Monday morning to see if they could substitute a few things. I told them that was not a problem. The funeral was from 2 - 4:30. The flowers were not delivered. When I called them after the funeral they had the nerve to ask me if I checked the flower room. I explained I had everyone look for them. The answer I got was they will get back to me.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! IT IS TOTALLY FRADULENT!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER. THEY ARE PULLING ORDERS OFF OF LEGITIMATE FLORISTS WHO DO NOT EVEN REALIZE WHAT THEY ARE DOING UNTIL NOW. DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE, READ ALL THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE PITIFUL, FLOWERS NOT GETTING THERE FOR FUNERALS, BIRTHDAYS, ETC.

Crap company...ordered flowers online without doing a review! They later called and said they were out of flowers so they didn't send anything! BULLSH!+ COMPANY!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!! 6 HOURS AFTER I PLACED ORDER, I WAS CALLED BACK SAYING THEY CAN'T DELIVER. I ASKED IF THEY COULD DELIVER ANYTHING, SHE SAID "NO" CHICKENS CLUCKING IN BACKGROUND. NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM BUSINESS 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I COUDN'T LEAVE 0

Scam artists. Ordered flowers for a birthday delivery. 2 days after the delivery date, no flowers. Called and they said they had a flower shortage. They never contacted me or refunded me.

Why are these people still in business? Dawned on me when I saw a $15.99 "service charge" on the bill. Snotty answer as to what it was for. Also charged the wrong price. Called to dispute, then cancel when they wouldnt budge on the "sale price" even though the photo I clicked on led me to believe that was the one I was purchasing. Finally cancelled as someone at the "florist shop" has covid. There is no shop I'm sure. Ill be calling Visa and probably the state Attorney General as now they have my credit card #.
