Chose what I thought was "small local business" but you are really dealing with company outside the US. Even their facebook page says "managed in the Philipines." My order was delivered on time, but they failed to tell me about an $18 "hazard" fee tacked on. On the day after delivery, hydrangeas already wilted and the "enclosure card" was a piece of folded up paper, turned around backwards, not a card. Would like to let the owner know that they are not getting happy customers from this third party but NO WAY to contact them that I can see. And the email, I am sure, doesn't go to owner.

I had a very very bad experience with this shop. Two days I ordered flowers for my anniversary. On the delivery day I started calling at 3 pm asking for the status and was told every time that order is being delivered... it WAS'N!!! :(:(:( I was told that a manager will call me next morning to explain the issue... she/he didn't! I got a call that the order was delivered... and it wasn't... I looked like an idiot without flowers on my 34th anniversary. Please save your money and troubles and BEVER shop at this place. I ordered flowers and was told they would be delivered a day late because they did not have the correct flowers. Flowers arrived I ordered purple and white and got dark pink and no arrangement. Flowers thrown into a vase and that was it. Flowers did not even match anything at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Please DO NOT purchase flowers from this establishment. I ordered a bouquet on the phone after viewing if on-line for my 84 year old mom’s birthday. It was smaller than expected (not as many flowers) and was dead in 4 days!! It was over $80 so not a cheap arraignment. When I notified them (with photo’s) I expected as a small business, that they would remake and redeliver. They did not stand behind their product and was very disappointed. Publix had BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS that were much cheaper and FAR SUPERIOR!!

I am so disappointed with Patricia’s Petals. I live down South and called the shop in Des Moines and spoke with Faye to place an order for a local delivery of a flower arrangement to a bereaved relative there. Oh, how I wish that I had found these reviews before I ordered! A particular arrangement on their website was requested by me. She started off by quoting a higher price than is listed on their site. I correct her. She tries to upsell me. I don’t give in but, she manages to up the price twice after that for the same arrangement. Faye says that the one price was an estimate even though she had said it was the total before that! There was a service fee added without explaining that to me. She then gave another higher total price. I just wanted the call to end, so I really didn’t argue. I only asked that the arrangement have a blue or white ribbon for the basket and that the arrangement look a little more masculine than all the pink flowers in the sample pic. There was to be only whole plants instead of cut flowers and that there would be something bluish in it. She sent a confirmation of the order and it appeared that there would be five plants. They were just numbers so I didn’t know for sure what she chose. It was to be very similar to the photo. Well, it was delivered. A crappy looking arrangement it was. ( The relative sent a picture of it to me. The salesclerk had refused to send me either a text or an e-mail pic as I had wanted .) The basket was a much cheaper looking thing. There was no ribbon. No bluish any kind of flower, nothing in bloom. Just blah looking. Only the dieffenbachia was as expected. The plants do look healthy but not arranged harmoniously. There was sphagman moss(?) showing ridiculously. None being shown in the example. It just looks like an something thrown together by an untalented ten year old! I’m embarrassed by their lack of care . I wouldn’t recommend Patricia’s Petals to anyone!!! Someone needs to report them to the State of Iowa Dept.of Business Licenses and to the Chamber of Commerce. With so many bad reviews, which unfortunately I just discovered after the fact, I feel that they should be investigated by Consumer Affairs. Like one of the other reviewers, I asked if she was actually in Des Moines. She said yes; I think she lied. The order was placed 11-18-2021. What a disgrace this business is. Never again! I had planned to call them tomorrow. However, after reading the many other dissatisfied reviews, I may as well save myself from the insult of wasting my time with this sad sack greedy business. Shame on them!!!

worst customer service...I was guaranteed a customer delivery the same day...I had to call and verify that this happened and they stated they called us to let us know that they canceled our order because they were out of baskets and left a vm to ask if we wanted a glass vase instead...we have a phone system at work that records and saves all calls and voicemails, no one even called nor left a vm...I asked to speak to a manager regarding this and they hung up on me

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is not a really florist. They are an order gathering company. That means all they dois take your order and then send it to a real florist. And possibly charge you a service fee. Then the real florist only get a percentage of the money to send out flower.

BEWARE!!!!! Patricia's Petals is a scam. I asked, specifically, before placing my order if they were located in my Aunt's hometown. They lied, and told me they were. I placed the order. An hour later they called and cancelled my order citing a "supply chain issue." I asked again if they were in ____ . They again lied. Do not get scammed by this company.
