I looked online and it appeared to be a local florist. I called and was put on hold for a long time. When the person answered his english was barely understandable. Bad sign. I went ahead and ordered after he told me they were 10 minutes away from the delivery sight. He said it would be delivered today. Two hours later he called me and said they did not have the flowers if i wanted and i could cancel or take different flowers he attempted to describe again with very poor english. I reluctantly went ahead and now wished i had canceled. Stay away from this business!

Wow did I blow it. From the website it looked like the florist was local. Couldn't be further from the truth. They didn't meet the delivery date and time and when setting up for the following day they didn't make that either. Called several times for an update and the last time they hung up on me!

I found the site online and called to make sure that they were located close enough and they deliver flowers to my cousins funeral before the service. I spoke with someone who was very friendly and helpful and they said they would get the order to the funeral home in time. I received a call 19 minutes before the funeral time notifying me that they couldn’t fulfill the order. This left me no time to contact another florist. If they had any doubts they should have told me when I placed the order or at least first thing this morning, not 19 minutes before the service began! I am absolutely furious!

Liars to the 100th power. They’re not from USA. They use your credit card and your money for overnight investment. Complete waste of time and money.

These people are scammers. They present themselves as local florists and they are not. I called a local phone number to order--also flowers for a funeral. I received a VM saying they did not have the exact flowers but they would be in the same "colors" (read their policy--they don't have to be!). I had to call an 800# to get back to them (and spoke to a foreigner, in Grand Forks, ND?). They said they could NOT send me a photo of the flower arrangement, when requested, because they "do not allow photographs in the design area." Well, they were not in the same color, THEY WEREN'T EVEN ALIVE! They know if they issue a partial credit your bank is powerless to fight them. They are crooks at the highest level. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE CROOKS WHO KNOW THE SYSTEM AND ARE OUT TO CHEAT YOU. THEY WILL EMBARRASS YOU BY SENDING CRAP TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

SCAM!!!!! They're not even from this country they're based in Las Vegas and tell you that they're in whatever City you're calling from so they can get your business. I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral the next day they called and canceled them and gave me the runaround on the phone so I've blocked their name on my bank transactions. Now I have to scramble to get flowers for my aunt's funeral which is out of town. Might as well go to the grocery store and buy my own bouquet

Ordered over the phone. This took approximately 15 minutes. There is an additional fee for the "greenhouse". Then approximately 30 minutes later they called and said that they would be unable to fulfill my order and would refund my $101.58 and 3-5 business days!! They did not even offer an alternative. Do not use this service.

Very deceptive company. You really don’t know what, when or if your order will be delivered. They claim “ free shipping “but add on a $15 + “ service fee “ not mentioned until after the ordering process. I have no idea if the flowers were delivered or what they looked like. No delivery confirmation. I can not ask the recipient, she passed away a few days after the flowers were to be delivered.
