Do not order! They are a scam. Paid $100 for a flower delivery that they never delivered.

I agree with every reviewer and wish I didn't even have to give one star. This place is a disgrace my order was placed 2 days before a birthday and was over $100 and the driver just decided it was too late in the evening to make the delivery so took the flowers back to the shop. Well no flowers for my daughter on her birthday. Just a simple they'll be delivered the next day.

I am so upset please do not use these scam artist they took 160$ from my elderly aunt Gloria Mason you better believe I am disputing the transactions I’m writing reviews and I’m calling the better business bureau and I’m going on all social media outlets to let them know do not use Patricia’s Petals they are a low down dirty set of scammers. I will continue to post and review till they lose all their business if it’s the last thing I do.

Don't use. Needed same day delivery. Ordered first thing in am. They processed my money and a few hours later told me the flowers couldn't be delivered; stocking issues. What a scam. Take my money and then decide if they can fulfill order. 3-5 business days for my refund! Now they get to earn interest on my money and others. Sounds fishy to me. Horrible language barrier with customer service. Woman I finally talked to on phone did her best, but was just reciting the company line.

Absolutely disappointed in this florist. I placed an order Thursday December 9th for delivery on December 14th. Got an email and text on Saturday asking me how my order was. It WAS NOT delivered. I called this morning to find out where the order was and at the same exact time they called me on my cell phone to tell me "supply chain issue's" were making it so they could not process my order and I should get my refund in 10 to 14 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 14 days to get a refund us baloney.

If I could give less than a 1, I would!!! I called at 9:00am to have flowers sent on Dec. 11th to have flowers delivered that day for a birthday. The recipient was only in Las Vegas for one day. I was assured that the flowers would be taken to the hotel no later than 5pm. At 1:30, I received a phone call that they could not reach the concierge at the hotel ( The Bellagio was the hotel and the concierge told me there is someone there from 8 to 5 and that in the event there is not, the Bell Desk and the Registration Desk always has someone there.) Patricias Petals said they needed the phone number of the recipient. I explained to them she was not available by phone as she was at her daughters' wedding. They told me, its okay, don't worry, we promise she will have them. We are 15 minutes from the hotel, we will just take them there; this was at 1:30pm of the same day. As of today, 2 days later, there are no flowers, the hotel has confirmed they were NEVER delivered there and the recipient has never seen them either. My credit card was charged. After sending Patricia's Petals an email because they do NOT answer their phone, I received this reply: "We have requested the delivery details for this order and will try our best to get back to you once we receive an update on our end. Thank you for your understanding. Harry Patricia's Petals" That was sent to me at 7:30am on December 13th it is now 3:36pm and I have not heard anything nor can I reach them by phone. I have contacted my bank to have the transaction disputed; do not use them!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They represent themselves as local but they are not! I ordered a large funeral arrangement for $170. It was half the size, was missing irises, gladiolas, the lillies were buds-nothing open, and they used red carnations instead of roses. They had 2 days to deliver and after calling 8 times they delivered 15 minutes before the funeral service! And they left it outside because they said they were too busy to take it inside! Such an embarrassment. I had to text my cousin whose mother died that the flowers from her only surviving brother were outside. These people are horrible and don't care about any customer. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. Had thought they were a local business in Bentonville, Ark where my dad lives. Along with Terry's florist, they both lied to me as I was sending flowers to my o do anything else and called to inform me they had no flowers, and would not refund 3-5 days later on credit card. Both companies very nefarious.
