What ever you do do not use this company or any of the affiliate companies that they recommend. I ordered flowers from out of state and went directly to a local florist website to send sympathy flowers. They waited till the end of the scheduled delivery day to let me know that the flowers I had ordered were not in stock then I asked for a different arrangement of which the girl said she spoke with the designer and they would be able to do it. Then I received another call letting me know that the delivery truck already left for the day so the arrangement will not be going out as planned. Again it is now 4 o’clock their time when they’re calling me! Then I received a text message about 30 minutes later telling me that they were unable to fill my order because of stocking issues. They would not respond to text messages or phone calls And then sent me a text with links to other flower shops with websites that were identical to theirs -which are not the standard FTD websites. I grew up in the flower industry and I have never experienced such horrific customer service. Let’s see how long it takes them to actually refund my money and if I get all of it back. I wish I would’ve read all these reviews before placing my order!

I ordered flowers for a get well. The flowers I ordered showed at least 8 roses. What was delivered was very different, only 4 roses. It looked very skimpy for $69.99. They said it was due to their substitution policy. They said their substitution policy is so they get delivered in a timely matter. Really?? So deliver them on time but don't be concerned about the customer getting what they ordered. They offered me a refund of $17.49. The flower order was $90.00. I wanted to post a picture but this won't allow me to.

Do not order from this company. Something is very fishy. They made a mysterious $15.99 service charge. Took me three calls to get thru tonight. First call was disconnected. Second call the woman told me the charge was to guarantee that I got fresh flowers. I laughed and indicated I thought I had ordered fresh flowers. She hung up on me. Third call, they offered no further explanation, tried to offer me $5 off, then $10 off that $15.99 charge. I said no dice. I asked to cancel the order which was not supposed to go out until Thursday this week. Agent said he had to get permission to cancel my order. What??????? Bad news bears!

I ordered a dozen roses from Patricias Petals for delivery to my significant other on her birthday. They accepted the order, responding via text message within a day or two. This first text addressed me as “love” and stated that they were checking in on my recent order. At that time, the subject order was not scheduled to arrive for nearly 2 weeks. The next I heard anything about the order was another text message, late on the morning two days prior to the orders scheduled delivery. While the second text properly addressed me by name, it also claimed that Patricia‘s Petals was trying to call regarding my order. Any attempt to call me could only have been on that same phone number, and my call log showed no such attempt. Amidst the grammar errors, the text proceeded to cancel my order, blaming their “suppliers and wholesalers “, stating that “we are experiencing supply chain issue.”. Later that same day, I ordered virtually the same arrangement from Ava’s flowers. They accepted and filled the order, delivering it within approximately 48 hours (on the requested birthday),Without any supply chain issues.

This place is not very good. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Thursday around 9am. I called to see if they were delivered and was told they wouldn't have the flowers until the next day. Then, They have to deliver the rest homes and funerals before my delivery. The guy at customer service hung up on me. The note I wrote with the flowers, was not right ! I don't think the flowers were correct either. An arrangement was delivered late Friday. Save yourself from being very upset. Do not shop with these people they suck...

Ordered a spray for my best friends funeral.150..got to visitation and it wasn't there.called and they said sorry,a supply issue.they had my phone # but not enough decency to call. Do not use them!!

If I could give them a ZERO I would!!!! Thought this was a local florist shop. Obviously they are not! I called and ordered a bouquet for my daughter to be delivered to the hospital for her last chemo treatment. At the last minute, they let me know the flowers could not be delivered because they're truck didn't come in but they would deliver the next morning to the hospital. I explained that she would NOT be at the hospital! It was toooooo late to cancel order and call another shop. I called 3x about delivery and they could only tell me it was out for delivery but not when. My daughter was delighted with the flowers, but the picture she sent me was NOT what I ordered! Payed for a much fuller vase of flowers! They charged a $15 service fee??? For what??? Extremely disappointed and will NEVER depend or call them again. The person who answered said she was sorry for the inconvenience Inconvenience??? The Disappointment of not getting these delivered in a timely manner is absolute!!! Don't order from them!!!!

To start, you will not be billed by Patricia's Petals but by another company called Terry's Florist. I paid extra for the deluxe arrangement, called 2 days ahead to assure delivery as needed. They called the next day and couldn't deliver as promised, some problem. Could I wait another day? Yes, but asked to have 2 or 3 more roses added to the arrangement and I would be happy to pay for those. No, no problem they would add the roses for me. What arrived was a disaster. NOTHING like what was shown on the website. Wrong vase, no ribbon on the vase and a shabby little clump of flowers that aren't even balanced in the vase. I sent a photo and they sent back a refusal to do anything about the problem. This place is a scam, don't waste your money. Better to buy at the grocery store and arrange yourself.
