Spent over $100 on a floral arrangement to deliver . First call to check on why they weren’t delivered as scheduled , they said they were delivered to the office. Second call later in the day after intended recipient didn’t locate them, they said they couldn’t deliver because the address was wrong . The company called the recipient and she gave them the exact location, third day , they said they couldn’t deliver because the address was non existent . Refused to refund me my money , said the product was made. Scam business , answering service gave me the run around each time. Cannot speak with the business directly .

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and gave the florist all my credit information. Patricia petals florist called me late in the day to tell me they couldn't deliver any flowers the truck didn't come in. They said the truck wouldn't come in all week. Now they have all my credit information and I have no flowers. I should have read the reviews first.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I wish I could do O stars. They took my order for same day hospital delivery after a lengthy process and then 2 people called an hour later to say they didn’t have flowers that day. And they already charged my credit card.

So heart broken. I ordered flowers 3 days before a co-workers funerals. At the funeral I noticed I did not see the beautiful spray of flowers I had ordered. When we returned back to work the day after the funeral there was a phone call saying that they had no way of delivering the flowers to the church on the day of the funeral but could deliver them the day after the funeral. This is crazy. Who does this to someone. We asked for a refund. Thanks for making his work/co-workers look like we didn't care enough to send flowers.

Update: Patricia's Flowers never charged our card for payment. The order was cancelled because they could not get component deliveries to make the arrangement. Feb/2022 As I read other reviews, I see I have been scammed. Funeral arrangement for our father...in short an hour before we arrive we get a text saying they won't have the flowers "on time", I called and expressed disappoint and within a half hour "now they don't have stock" and will refund our money. We were heart broken to not have the flowers there, but now I'm angry that they have my money.

Just ordered flowers for my grandaughter's 16th birthday. Within an hour I got an email and text they aren't able to fulfill the order. No flowers. I then called and they said I would be refunded within 3-5 days. I then looked then up on the internet and it is an internet florist scam. Should have done my due dilgence. I even called and spoke with someone before I ordered. They suggested a nice arrangement. I am reporting them.

They did contact me that they could not fill my order, but waited until 4 pm on an order I placed at 9:30 am. By the time I heard from them, it was too late to get same day delivery. Very disappointed.

BEWARE.... I ordered flowers from Patricia's Flowers to be delivered same day as promised and they were NEVER delivered not even the next day and all they could say was oh we refunded your money with no logical reason for why they were NEVER DELIVERED. Very DISSAPOINTED and 1 star is too many.
