Ordered flower arrangement on 3/2/222 to he delivered on 2/4/22. The arrangement never arrived. My visa Bank card was billed. Called after the funeral was over and was told the arrangement was in transit. Explained we were leaving the church and driving to grave yard but someone would still be at the church. Went back to the church after the burial and still mo delivery. Called again, was put on hold for 17 mins, was told she was looking into the situation and asked to be put back on hold. I said no, call me when you have answers. Never heard back! Now I'm fighting with them for a full refund and have reported them to The Better Business Beauro

Can I give zero stars cuz that's about how many "f'S" these people give for customer service. Used them due to "same day delivery" and at 1:30 the next day the flowers still aren't delivered. They keep saying "thanks for understanding" umm no I just have no recourse. And they lied and said their supplier was running late; then use a substitution!! They waited till 5pm the day of delivery to tell me that. Worst experience EVER! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering an arrangement for someone. Patricias Petals delivered the most horrible arrangement I have ever sent anyone -- EVER. I didn't get 45% off as advertised on the web site. I didn't get free delivery as advertised on the web site, and they delivered a day late. I'm embarrassed at paying $70 +$16 for shipping for a "premium" arrangement, not to mention the embarrassment at what was sent to the recipient, something I wouldn't have paid $30 for. Unbelievable.

I googled florists in Sandy Utah and I choose Patricias Petals in Sandy. I liked what I saw on their website and felt their prices were fair. I called in on Monday Feb 28 and placed my order for 2 arrangements and a box of candy. I live in Washington state and was buying flowers for my cousin in Sandy. The website stated same day deliveries were possible but come 2pm (pacific time) which was 3 pm Utah time. The florist called and told me their delivery truck had not come in yet so I agreed for a Tuesday delivery. I had a "bad gut feeling" so Wednesday morning I contacted my cousin and had her send me a picture of the flowers she had received. They were allllllllllllllllll wrong nor were they the 70 dollar premium size and even in the wrong vases. The florist seemed very surprised when I contacted them about the flowers THEN he told me his Monday delivery did not contain my selection of flowers. I should have been called and given the choice of another arrangement that he could fill or the option for a later delivery but they did not do that they just made something up without my approval. I did get my money refunded. I told them they could have their flowers back but they said no to that idea. I would have preferred the flowers I ordered. Thursday March 3 my cousin called and said the flowers were already wilting and that is was clear they are "old stems" my cousin use to be a florist so she can tell fresh from old flowers at 100 feet. Just now on Thurday March 3rd I found this site that has many complaints about Patricias Petals. I too am adding my voice to avoid Patricias Petals unless you can personally walk into the business and order directly. The florist missed the mark on professionalism and integrity. I can't help but feel that since I am an out of state customer they were trying to pull a fast one on me.

I ordered an arrangement for delivery. The website says "free delivery today if ordered by 2 pm". I received a text message a few hours later that their supplier hadn't come and they would guarantee delivery the next morning, couldn't get it delivered today. The next day, around noon, I received another text message that their supplier hadn't come, and they were not going to be able to deliver at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - SCAM

I’m pissed off! I ordered flowers for my sister 60th birthday and was told that it would be delivered on her bday. It wasn’t, got a call that they would deliver a more spectacular arrangement that I paid for….the day after. 2 days later a bouquet was delivered was a $50 bouquet at best…, I hate carnations and that was the majority with a couple of Star Gazer lilys. I spent over $125 and I’m pissed!!!!

Thought I was ordering from a local flower shop in my home town. The website is a hoax!! Ordered flowers for a dear 85 year old woman who lost her husband. I am a nurse, suddenly I'm getting calls from them on a very busy day, saying they can't find the address. "Our GPS says this is an apartment building." I responded, it's a tiny little house just drive there you will see it. Oh, we are located in Fort Lauderdale. Oh really. Not Iowa. OK, who is making up the flowers for your company in Iowa, we can't tell you that ma-am. Needless to say, 3 days later, after I have ordered from a local company (I will take the time to do my due diligence next time, it's just I was soooo tired at the time I ordered), Door Dash called me to say they couldn't find the address. I unloaded on the poor fellow and then he reminded me hey, I just am delivering flowers, my sister is also a nurse and I am so sorry. So ya, this is still pending on my credit card, it will be disputed if they really think they can get away with charging me. BTW, I asked him where he delivered the flowers from, the cheapest grocery store in town!. Don't let the pretty "Patricia" fool you into ordering flowers just saying.
