Completely false advertising and rip you off. States you can get as shown if you pay more but that is not what they deliver. Instead they deliver a bouquet that looks like a $15 Walmart bouquet. Do Not use

I ordered on behalf of my office, our boss's wife had surgery. I "ordered" a beautiful arrangement and paid over $88 for it. What was delivered was nowhere near what I had selected. I am beyond furious. Such a scam.

The arrangement I ordered for my best friend's birthday was lacking! I was told there would be approximately 30 flowers in the Premium arrangement. After almost $100, the arrangement was received - with about 12 - 15 flowers. After contacting them (and providing a picture), I was given a $17 refund. Disgusting.

They are not actually a florist. They have many “branches” in different states just waiting to take your credit card number. They take your money and contract another local florist to bring you a cheap bouquet nothing like the beautiful premium $133. arrangement like you ordered. I was suspicious from the get go when then couldn’t understand what a Celebration of Life was and a scattering of ashes. So, I had a family member take a photo and measurements of what was delivered. I was completely embarrassed to have my grieving family receive a cheap looking grocery store bouquet stuffed into a tall vase when I expected them to have a large 32” wide centerpiece. The bouquet was 15” wide and didn’t even have the same vase or same flowers that I ordered. My credit card company was notified immediately and they issued me a new card so my card would not be getting foreign charges. I also reported to BBB and they have many complaints on this fraudulent “florist” which they are not. They have no florist shops, only “branches” of scam phone centers manned with people whose English is very poor. I am so sorry they now have my name, email, phone number, and address to sell to other criminals whose specialty is phishing and scamming Americans.

I am in Maine and on 3/25 I searched for a florist near my daughter's home in Mt. Shasta CA. Patricia's Florist came up and I called. There was something a little "off" about the response. So I probed... "are you in Mt. Shasta?" , etc. The person answered yes. I described the type of bouquet I wanted to order and it was clear they were not native speakers. He couldn't distinguish between "lavender" the color and "lavender" the plant. Evenutally we settled on something like the Premium size of something pictured on their site. The Premium cost was $69. The website said "free same day delivery". They said they couldn't deliver til Sat. 3/26 and I said ok. I gave him my credit card number. He told me the final price would be about $90. I said WHY? He said something about $5 for taxes and service and about $17 for delivery, etc. I pointed out that the site said free delivery and he said he would deduct that. About an hour later I got a call that a truck delivery was missing but they would send a very special bouquet with bright colors, etc. like I had picked. I said "fine". About an hour after that they sent me a confusing voice mail and this morning an email saying they couldn't deliver ANYTHING and all charges were cancelled: "Patricias Petals 11:59 AM (5 hours ago) as of 5:21 PM EDT to Barbara Hi Barbara, We apologize for the confusion. This order has been cancelled since we can only do Designer's Choice and unfortunately your request for snow gold and eucalyptus was unavailable as well. Upon checking with our billing department, your payment was voided where the charge has automatically dropped off. Should you have any concerns about the payment, kindly contact your banking service provider for more details. Rest assured that the order had been entirely canceled on our end. The bank helped me decipher the charge source: 423Communicationsllc is a consutlant/ public relations company known as "Land Air Total Tri Cities" Apparently they spend a lot of money investing in google search keywords and pick up customers like me who give their credit card numbers and then are told flowers aren't available but all charges have been cancelled. And they rely on the customers believing that and not investigating further. The jump from a $69 plus tax verbal agreement to a $123 charge that they claim is cancelled is brazen. I fully expect my cc # is now on sale in the dark web. I hope you catch and close down these guys

Wow.. I should have written the reviews first and that alone would have made the decision to not order from Patricia's Petals. So I put in the search bar local florist in Sutter Creek Ca. So this florist came up, did not look any further...so I called and ordered a basket from the website and to the person all info paid for it...in no time got an email confirming the purchase. This was on Monday and the next day it was the person's birthday as well as he was getting home from the hosp. So I asked him how did he like his basket and he said no I did not receive one...I was livid, so the next morning I called back told them what was going on. I was not happy, so a little while later he texted me with a plant in a glazed pot. I told him that is not what I ordered. I called again and gave them a piece of my mind. I told them, who come to find out, was in Florida and they handle all the customer service for this company. I told them I am very unhappy, that first of all the basket that I ordered and paid over $90.00 for never got delivered the day I ordered it, which I was promised, then to make it up, they delivered a simple plant. I did not approve this, nor did the "florist" contact me or the man that received them. So I told them I wanted the basket that I ordered delivered to the customer, said this was not able to happen. This made me even more mad. So they said they could give me a partial refund..I said no that is not acceptable...so I asked to speak to the owner or manager, they put me on hold, came back and said they were not available. I said I wanted a call back. So this person named Dale calls me back, tell me she is sorry for the mixup, so again I told her this is NOT the way you do business, and that I WANT the basket delivered to the customer and was not going to pay any more money. She let me put you on hold, said she was attempting to get ahold of the shop, which know I don't believe, she came back and said well we already credited your account, I said I DID NOT give you permission then she said well we are gong to credit the rest to you ATM card. I was so livid with this whole crap...so I am waiting to see if my money did indeed get credited...I cannot find the number of this florist anywhere. Then I find out that they charged me a 14.99 fee for a greenhouse fee, that is f ing ridiculous what a ripoff, the people on the other end never said anything that this is NOT the florist..then to come to find out they were in Florida, then I was more mad....so lastly this is a SCAM and I am going to do all I can to take this place down. This is not right...with what they say on their website it is all pretty, does not give an address or a local number. I have learned a lesson, ordering from the computer is so hidden...not like it used to be when you would order from FTD.... It is really sad that you go to order flowers or a basket for someone and cannot trust the people on the other line....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE....PLEASE DO NOT!!!! They took my payment promised to deliver it the same day, did not call either numbers, so if I had not called my friend I would have ASSUMED HE GOT THE FLOWERS...SHAME ON YOU PATRICIA'S PETALS FOR YOU POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Ordered Peachy Keen bouquet for my dying Grandmother who loves the color peach. i upgraded to the largest bouquet from $49.99 to $69.99 abd added 5 sun flowers which cost additional $25. the bouquet tgat was delivered had my 5 sunflowers, about 6-7 white roses and full of cheap RED filler carnations! There was not 1 peach flower the bouquet and it looked nothing like what I ordered! i could have done a better job myself. I reached out to customer service and was told the delivered bouquet sufficed and to read their policy. They did nothing to rectify the situation and make it right. I told them they lost a customer and I will continue to write reviews about my horrible experience. This company does not care about customer retention or standing by their product. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get flowers for your loved ones and special occasions.

This alleged florist needs to be SUED. They are making money hand over fist by promising lovely arrangement and delivering nearly dead, miniature and stripped down versions of what their website promises. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. You will be sorry.
