SCAM! Do not use them. I didn't see the reviews before They will send you 2 flowers a box of leaves. The pictures are fake. It doesn't matter what city, they say they are local and been in business for 25 years. All BS!!!

Wish I would have read the 95% negative reviews before placing an Easter order for delivery! The piece arrived today and is NOT AT ALL the quality, size, and as pictured at all! I know being a former floral designer myself that florists may be out of certain baskets, seasonal decorations to add, and certain flowers ... but this was pitiful! I don't know what local florist they had make and deliver the arrangement - but it's not satisfactory coming from a ton of family members to be sent for our 95 year old parents/grandparents for Easter who are also ill currently with Covid! Shame on you Patricia's Petals for saying you are local, when not and for not ensuring florists used for your orders are of QUALITY!

Never, never never buy from this so called florist., they lie and say that they will send what you asked for, I asked for the Daisey Delight which is pastels. When they delivered the flowers they were ORANGE, RED, GREEN AND YELLOW Totally NOT what I wanted. They will not refund, they have all kinds of excuses, I paid $80 dollars for an ugly arrangement that was NOTHING like I asked for. Silly me this is the second time, I should have known better than to use them again but before I ordered I made it a point to ask the person ARE YOU SURE I WILL GET THIS ARRANGEMENT oh yes for sure we have the flowers in stock. What a lie!!! I will never never never purchase from Patriciaspetals again

I placed an order to be delivered to the VA hospital. I ordered what was described as "a striking plant in a decorative dish garden container." I wish I could post the photo here of the beautiful plant that was pictured and then one of what was delivered. When my friend, the receiver of my gift, sent me a photo of what was delivered, I was so utterly embarrassed I literally cried. I had paid $69 for the "deluxe" size which came to almost $100 by the time they added service fees, taxes, delivery, etc. The plant that was delivered to my friend looked like it came from the Walmart garden center and could have been bought for $4.97. It was beyond awful. I was mortified. I sent an email to Patricia's Petals who "graciously" offered to refund me only $10. Do not, I mean DO NOT, order from this rip off of a company!!!

NO OPTION FOR ZERO STAR! This company is not legit. They pose online as a local florist, with >20 years experience in Austin, Texas. In fact, this company is a third party intermediary based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL that takes online orders and "farms" them out to florists. After placing the order, 18 hours later, I contacts the toll free number to be put on hold for 10 minutes while they "confirmed order with driver". When pressed, they confirmed they were not local, and after 3 calls to 3 different reps, received conflicting reports whether funeral flowers had been received. I demanded refund; TBC whether received. Contacted my credit card company and placed charge in dispute.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wanted something really nice for a funeral. They showed me a picture on the internet and I said, no that it wasn't nice enough. They said they had a much larger plant with flowers that was more costly, but it would be beautiful. I wanted something really nice, so I agreed to the much higher price. When I arrived at the funeral and saw the plant, I was mortified. It was smaller and cheaper than the less costly picture online, yet they charged me way more than the one online. I was so embarrassed to have my name on the card of such a pitiful plant. They charged me for a premiere large plant with flowers and I received a puny plant without flowers. When I called to complain they day after the funeral, they said I had to send a picture of the plant to them. I explained that I didn't think to take a picture at the funeral and I didn't feel it was appropriate. They said they couldn't do anything. They promise you the world and give you the gutter.

This is a sham operation! THIS NOT A LOCAL FLORIST AS IT PORTRAYS ITSELF. Charged the money to my account and I no sooner hung up the phone and got an email stating there was a supply chain issue and they could not deliver any flowers and were crediting my account. They offered no other solution, just that they were out of any resource for flowers. Why take all the information, hope I don't get hacked or my card gets compromised.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE florist!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! On 3/29/22 I placed an order on their website to be delivered on 3/30/22 to a friend in the hospital. I went out of town, and could not follow up until today, 4/5/22. The arrangement was never received, called to find out why, was told that the driver had vehicle issues that day, and did not make the delivery. They never bothered to call me to let me know that!! So now my friend is still in the hospital, and I look like a total cold-hearted and thoughtless friend. 😡 They won’t even resend the order because they say they’re short on product. When you call them you’re not even calling the actual florist. It’s a call center. On top of all of that you’re charged for the order, tax, delivery, and then an additional $16 for a service charge! They are at least refunded my full amount, but still does not make up for what they did. I mean what they didn’t do.
