The last thing I could do for her was have flowers at her service and this place ruined it. Called on 4/21/22 to confirm the could deliver 3 dozen red Rose's on saturday 4/23 by 9 AM and the Asian lady I spoke to said it was no problem so used the website the next morning to order. A few hours later got a call saying they couldn't fill the order and that they did not open till 10 on saturday. They were bold enough to ask if I wanted the flowers delivered somewhere else because they didnt want to give up the money. THEY LIE AND NOW THE GIRL I LOVED DOESNT HAVE FLOWERS AT HER FUNERAL SERVICE. Dont accept an order if you can not deliver. The $300 order was cancelled and was told a confirmation email would be sent and that didnt happen. Now all I can assume is they have also stolen my money. Both phone calls were automatically recorded. I will spend whatever it takes to take it to court. This place need to be shut down, it's a scam.

If I could leave minus (-) stars I would. Please DO NOT ORDER from this bogus site! We ordered a funeral spray for a dear friend's Mom assuming it was from a local florist. Not only was it not delivered on time for the visitation, but it was arranged with inferior, cheaper flowers (daisies, carnations, leather leaf filler). Where were the lilies, roses, snapdragons? We have made a formal complaint to customer service but have not received compensation or action to correct this obvious bogus maneuver. Again, THIS IS A SHAM organization. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. The website says if you order by 2 pm you can get same-day delivery, I ordered around 9:30 am. 10:09 I received a voicemail to call them. When I called back I was told they may have to substitute some flowers. I agreed as long as they were quality substitutes. 3:55 I get a voicemail saying an emergency came up and they couldn't deliver so they would cancel the order and refund my money. 4:15 I called back to see if I could have them picked up instead of delivered - long pause - "No because it was already cancelled and all orders for the day were cancelled." So you're telling me of all the orders which were cancelled, including mine, none were available to be picked up?!!? At 6:30 pm i received an email telling me my order was cancelled because of SUPPLY issues. And I should expect a refund within 3-5 business days. Never again!

The item delivered had wilted flowers, broken stems, and was not at all an 'equal substitution', AND was delivered 3 days late. They offered a $10 refund, even though the service fee was $15.99. So they stand by their poor service and quality! FTD does a much better job.

Not honest. I tried to buy a bouquet for delivery but hesitated at the prices... the next day I got an email promotion "Today only! 45% off all bouquets!" However, when I clicked the ad and tried to find how to get the discount, I could not. I called and the sales rep said "we are always at 45% off." Wait-- then why does the email ad say TODAY ONLY? "Because the prices may change tomorrow, so you want to take advantage of the price today..."

I ordered a get well beautiful BOUQUET of flowers for a friend off of Patricia's Petals website. I was so embarrassed when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received. There was no arrange of any kind of flowers. They were just plopped into a vase that didn't even look like the one that I ordered. When I called, they said they use what in season. Offered me $15.00 refund, by the way, two weeks later I still haven't seen the refund. I don't even want the $15.00 I think they should have sent her a new arrangement. I wish I could Up load pictures so that you can see I was not exaggerating. WARNING: Don't order from here!!

They were unwilling to make an effort to fulfill the flower arrangement as pictured. The use of "leftover" Easter Flowers, was unacceptable and living in a large city such as Denver where there is a floral warehouse, I could not accept their excuse that they couldn't get the flowers to their shop. Azaleas, violets and caladiums are available now and to offer me lillies and Kallanchoes and tell me those were my ONLY choices for 80.00 worth of flowers.. NO WAY. They did refund my money and I found another local florist who had azaleas and made me a lovely arrangement.

Ordered flowers expecting same day delivery, received a call (from an out of state person, even though I was under the impression they were local to where they were delivering) that there were supply issues and they wouldn't be able to deliver to the following morning. Next afternoon, I get another call saying they weren't delivered but they would be the following day. I called back to request they cancel the order and issue a refund...I was put on hold and they never picked back up. Horrible.
