What a horrible company ......wish I had seen these other reviews before ordering. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a friend for her birthday...upgraded to the $89.99 arrangement. The bouquet that arrived was terrible...and not the flowers I had ordered. Their customer service person sent me their 'substitution policy' and were not willing to refund my money or send a replacement arrangement. My friend received an ugly arrangement that could have been purchased at a gas station!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Complete scammers is right and I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I paid $80 for 2 roses and 2 carnations. The delivery did not even come close to the pic. I am calling my credit card company to dispute. These people should obviously be closed down.

SHOP ELSEWHERE
SHOP ELSEWHERE! Website says they are local. THEY ARE NOT! I ordered flowers for my daughter 4 days before I needed them delivered and received a text the day they were to be delivered saying there was a supply chain issue and the order could not be filled. The refund will take 3 to 5 business days.

Scammers
Everyone should look at this link. Wish I had! Absolute scammers! Ordered three bouquets for my admins for admins day - rang ‘customer service’ for status - the guy had no idea where the orders were and could not tell me when they would be delivered. I shall be contacting my bank to stop the payments.

Do Not Use This Florist Patricia's Petals!
I recently ordered 2 dozen long stem red roses for my niece in a hospice facility in Bonita Springs, FL. They were received in a vase of 16 regular red roses shorting the order of 8 nor were they long stemmed. I had the staff take a photo of the delivery to send to the company. I asked for a credit of the 8 roses plus tax. They had charged me $129.99 for the 24 long stemmed roses. They also charged me for a service fee of $15.99 and tax of $9.10. They offered me a credit of $25. I asked them for a refund of $45. They ignored my request. Please do not use this florist! Total fraud! I will report them to the BBB!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wanted to find a local florist and googled "florists near me" and included the town name. "Patricia's Petals" came to the top of my search and I called to place an order for 2 floral arrangements to be delivered to the same company address for Executive Assistants Day. Only one arrangement was delivered and when I called to resolve what I thought was a simple innocent mistake turned into multiple calls and a major fiasco. There is still no resolution to the mess up. My credit card is pending a charge for 2 arrangements plus delivery and service fees and we only received half of the order. It is obvious from my interactions with the individuals who answer the phone line for this business that the calls are not being answered within the U.S. and that the individuals have no intentions of resolving the issue. I asked them to deliver the 2nd arrangement or to refund me half of the total order amount so that I could have the other arrangement delivered by a different company. Instead they've done absolutely nothing and do not follow-up to tell me what they are intending to do. At this point I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Buyers Beware - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Only gave them a "1" because I had to
Only gave them a "1" because I had to. I ordered a beautiful boquet flowers "elegant lavendar boquet" the mediym sized one, to be delivered same day as advertised, which I was 20 minutes late in doing, no big deal they will be delivered the next day. I received a text from patricias petals (Newark,OH) stating their shipment was not delivered due to the holiday weekend (Easter) and would it be okay to move the delivery date of my flowers to Monday 4/18, original delivery date was the 15th. I thought about it and felt bad that they didn't have their flowers for Easter weekend so I said yes amd asked for a free upgrade. I was told, "it will be designer choice and extra beautiful". I should explain that I am ordering flowers from Washington state and chose to go with what I thought was a local florist buy is not. I received a picture of the flowersmy friend received and I was immediately upset. She received a very small boquet of flowers which were nothing like what I ordered nor were they even the same flowers in a different color. I emailed the florist and I was really upset after their response. I was told the flowing; "Thank you for reaching out regarding your concern with the arrangement you received. In our substitution policy it states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability. This ensures that your order is delivered in a timely fashion. We apologize that you were not satisfied with the substitution that was made. In efforts to make this right we will be issuing you a refund of $24.99.
Please be aware it will take 3-5 business days for your bank to credit this amount. I have attached the policy for your reference, and it is also available on our website as well.
Please don't hesitate to message us if you need further assistance.
Thank you.
Angel,
Patricia's Petals"
Now I didn't see any policy when I ordered the flowers nor wad I referred to one. Buy ok, I read it. Well it seems they didn't follow their own policy. This was my response to them"Angel;
I understood the same flowers were not available. I actually had no reason to read your policy as your staff called me and asked if I would be ok to change the delivery date from Thursday to Monday to help you guys out and I was very understanding and agreed! In your policy it says substitutions will be used in order to deliver the flowers in a timely manner it seems to me they should have been considered as almost a new order at that point and no substitutions were needed due to the change in delivery dates, but again i understand and that is not what I was complaining about. I even told your staff I am so sorry they are having to deal with that especially on a holiday weekend! Your staff agreed to make the substitution "extra beautiful" however the substitution bouquet was not made to look extra beautiful and was NOT of equal or greater value as your policy states it would be! I am not arguing against your policy, your policy was not followed on your behalf by not providing what is stated in said policy. My flowers were delivered 4 days later than originally scheduled, therefore would substitution flowers even be warranted at that point, according to your policy since they didn't need to be delivered for 4 days? Again My issue is the quality of the substitution flowers and the lack of making it "extra beautfiul" as promised by your staff, they also were not of equal or greater value, they were of lesser value! Thank you for your attempt at making this right. I hope you read this closer before responding next time so you can understand what is being said rather than assuming. I took a chance from far away to brighten my friends day, next time I will make a wiser choice in florists."
I was told I would get $24.99 back which I am still waiting for. I originally asked that they just del8ver the boquet I originally ordered on their next business day. They refused to do so. If I can figure out how to post pics I will do that so you can understand. Patricas petals did not respond to my second email which was the response to the policy I was sent.

I would give them 0 stars
I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered a large arrangement for a funeral. When I arrived at the viewing, there were no flowers. I called Patricias petals who apparently makes you think its a local florist and they said the flowers could not be delivered. I'm sure now it was a call center out of the USA. Never again!
