I had a similar experience to others, after taking a ridiculous about of time to take my information, they called and told me they didn’t have enough flowers to fulfill my order by Mother’s Day. This seems very odd and I’m wondering if the real scam is taking people’s credit card info and selling it? I really hope not.

Very disappointing experience! I ordered flowers and chocolates for Mother's Day 2022 to be delivered to my mother in a rehab facility and to arrive BEFORE Mother's Day in hopes of beating the rush and any ensuing craziness with deliveries on Mother's Day. Well, flowers were delivered but NO chocolates. I called Patricia's Petals twice and got nowhere - was put on hold for almost 20 minutes or told they would "need to check their records and speak with their delivery person" and they promised to call me back in 24 hours. I never received a call back from Patricia's Petals. In the meantime, I confirmed with the rehab facility that flowers were delivered, but no chocolates - and the delivery person did not have them sign any type of receipt/confirmation of delivery, which they thought was strange. After no remedy following 2 phone calls, I sent an email to Patricia's Petals and finally received a response. They applied a credit to my credit card but did not apply credit for the tax on the missing chocolates. I had to ask 2 times for that before they credited my account. Don't waste your time with them; as other commenters have noted, you will be disappointed and their customer service is severely lacking. I spent more money in phone calls, missing work time, and sheer aggravation than the cost of the missing items! Not worth the stress or frustration - find a more reputable florist!

Absolutely horrible service! I placed an order for Mothers day. The flowers were never delivered. When I called one week after placing the order I was told that the order was cancelled the same day it was placed due to "supply chain" issues. HI can understand this however I never received notification that it had been cancelled so that I could make other arrangements. They could send me emails confirming the order and then later marketing emails but they could not send me an email or give me a call informing me the order was cancelled. Never again Patricias Petals! You made me look bad on Mothers day! Your customer service is horrible!

I am a florist in Rahway I ordered flowers from them because I was not near the delivery address so I called st 2:30 was told that my order was in processing and would be delivered that day I called back at 5:15 asking for the status of my delivery and was told it would be delivered tomorrow I ask to speak to a manager only to be told they can’t deliver until next week I ask for a refund if I don’t get my money back I Taking them to court

Ordered flowers for an 11:00 am Saturday funeral. They arrived two days early, left on church steps in pouring rain with no notices. Not exactly fresh flowers! Don't use them!!!

Ordered for Mother's Day because I wanted local flowers from Charleston delivered. Called them Monday because I never received a shipping notice. Turns out they cancelled the order and never notified me. TOTAL SHAM. do not order from this place.

This is NOT a LOCAL florist as they claim. They are a clearinghouse located in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. I bought flowers to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. They called to ask if Sunday was OK for delivery and I agreed. No flowers arrived - I was never notified. Now, I'll try to get a refund, but my mother-in-law never got our gift. DO NO BUY FROM THEM!

Total shame of a company. Paid and was promised flowers for mothers day and still waiting. I called them. got the runaround and got no where. DO NOT USE THEM PICK FLOWERS YOURSELF. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Worst business in all of Charleston, not just a florist , worst of all!
