They did the same thing with me; I made the order 3 days in advance, i called them a day before the service, just to make sure they got the order and it will be there on time. They assured me that everything is on time, but i received a message on the day of the service, just 20 mins before the set delivery time, asking me to change my order and divert delivery to a home address!!! This was a funeral service, you cannot make mistakes like this in a situation like this!!!!!! I told them that this is not an option, they hanged up the phone! A lawsuit is brewing.

What I ordered and what was sent was completely different, lesser quality and worth far less than I paid. In response to my respectful inquiry, they sent me an email stating that they reserve the right to change everything - flowers, themes, colors, vases etc. My order was all white with a few blue highlight flowers in a clear vase and I upgraded to the deluxe for a fuller bouquet. A red vase with a large red bow and yellow, pink, red, and orange flowers was received. Fewer flowers than a grocery store bouquet. I have photos of both and shared them with the seller in my request for information, believing a mistake had been made. Buyer beware. I’ve ordered from them in the past when they were clearly a local florist. They are not local anymore.

I actually want to leave 0 stars. I ordered flowers to be sent to a convent for my aunt's 93rd birthday. I was stunned to receive an email today saying that Patricia's Petals was unable to fulfill the order due to "supply issues". I could have made other arrangements if I had been notified yesterday or he day before. I was under the impression that the delivery had already been made. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

What a horrible business! Ordered for a funeral across the states for my sisters mother in law. Promised to be there that day. Flowers never arrived. My sister called them the next morning. They told her they had tried to call me (they hadn't) and they were delayed and they told her not to call them on their 1-800 #.??? I called and cancelled the order. Obviously it wasn't even going to be filled the next day. Ordered local, which I thought this was. Scumbags!

Don’t trust this company. I’ve missed my dear friends birthday because they lied and said the flowers were in stock. No delivery was made and I had to call to check. They say because of supply chain issues they cancelled the order. I’ve never had this happens. They are not a local florist as they represent themselves. Use another company.

I wish I would gave read the reviews prior to placing an order. the delivery was supposed to be for yesterday, did not happen. They text me today, to see if I approved for the order to be delivered today, why would you even ask!! Did they need an extra day? I had my mom stop running her errands for her to be home waiting for this flowers, when they never arrived. Now another day for my mom to stay home all day since there delivery window is from 9 to 7. horrible place of business.

BUYER BEWARE! This business is a fraud! They claim to be a family owned, US-based business; they are neither. I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers that were never delivered. Each time I called, I was routed to a call center and told that my flowers were 'out for delivery' but they had no way of contacting the driver. Finally, on the 3rd day after they were supposed to be delivered, I was told they were 'out of flowers' and that they'd issue me a refund after they confirmed with the driver that the flowers weren't delivered. Who knows if I will ever see that refund since I'm pretty sure there never was 'a driver' in the first place.

This company came to the top of my search. It said it would deliver the same day & that’s why I chose them. Unfortunately, they DID NOT deliver the flowers the same day. At the end of my day a person called to say they couldn’t deliver the flowers as promised. It’s day 2 & they’re still not delivered. I feel I was mislead. If it’s important you get your flowers delivered on time, I wouldn’t trust this company to do it. I’m VERY disappointed.
