Order was placed via phone call and paid with a business credit card. The exact arrangement was not available to be delivered on the day of the funeral service, and because the business I ordered for was closed on Saturday, and I was unable to respond to the florist's email to confirm the change order, the florist did not deliver any flowers for the service. Their policy states they will make substitutions for items that aren't available, with similar flowers. They delivered nothing. This is unacceptable!

One star is not low enough! I ordered a plant for my friend one week before her husband's funeral. On the funeral day, I called my friend to check if she had received the plant. To my dismay, the plant had not been delivered (keep in mind the store advertised same-day service). I immediately called Patricia Petals. After several calls and emails, The clerk said the driver delivered the plant and would send me a picture. First, the picture of the plant looked like a grocery store plant: No ribbon, No decorative container, and No card. AND secondly, delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS! By this time, I'm in tears. Later, I received an "apology" email for substituting the plant; however, I was charged for the plant delivery (to the wrong address). I then sent a picture of my friend's home and the picture from the driver back to the company as proof the plant was not delivered to my friend's home/address. Finally, I received a refund. A refund was not my desire. My desire was for my friend to receive a love plant from me during her time of sorrow. I will NEVER use or recommend this company.

I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my friend a week prior to her birthday. On the day of her birthday I was informed Patricia's Petals could not deliver due to supply issues. On the day of!!! Worst company ever.

I so wish I would have read past reviews before selecting Patricia's Petals. They promised same day delivery which didn't happen and the picture I selected for the order was not even close to what was delivered. I will never use or recommend this florist. And, beware, I thought I was using a local florist. Not the case!

This has to be the worst florist company ever. Patricias petals is located in Harlington, Texas. I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my girls grandfather who passed away. We picked out a lovely arrangement in a basket with white carnations, red roses, and blue hydrangeas. What was actually delivered was a totally different bouquet with all white flowers and several carnations were nearly dead. It didn't look anything like what we ordered. They told me they have the right to substitute flowers if they do not have them in stock. I'm sorry what flower shop doesn't carry red roses. Absolutely horrible arrangement and wrong in so many ways. This was very important to my girls and they took it away from them. Its wrong to lie to people while they are grieving a family member. Save yourself some heartache and find a different florist. Truly disgusted and disappointed.

I ordered an assortment of colors of Daises and Lillys. They delivered white and pink ONLY after they told me they had 5 different colors. Their deliver was NOT on time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST!!!

Horrible experience! I ordered a fresh floral cross funeral arrangement that was pink, green and purple. The florist contacted me the day of and advised they did not have fresh flowers and would need to use artificial flowers. I agreed, they agreed to reduce the price. My sorority sister received the arrangement - it was red and white!! The materials were very "CHEAP"!! Not acceptable and very embarrassing!! I do not recommend wasting your money with this florist company!!! Patricias Petals in Clarksville, VA. I am requesting a full refund and they do not agree!! They do not deserve 1 star!!! Highly Disappointed Customer

I wish I read the reviews! I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were never delivered. They emailed saying they will cancel and refund the order but after seeing this reviews I’m worried!
