The worst experience I’ve ever had with a florist. Ordered a bouquet for the next day. The package wasn’t delivered until after 5PM and the flowers were a fraction of what they should have been. Given some bullsh*t excuse about how availability was limited, and only refunded $20! Never again. This place is an absolute joke!!

I ordered flowers on Friday, June 3rd to be delivered to a grieving widow on Saturday, June 4th. Late Saturday afternoon I received a text stating so sorry but could not deliver until Monday. I agreed Monday would be fine. On Monday I was called and asked again if Monday would be ok. I reiterated that Monday would work for me. I talked to customer service at the facility on Monday and was told it was out for delivery! I texted my friend on Tuesday morning to ask if anything has arrived. It had not. Then at 4 pm on Tuesday, I received a text stating that you were cancelling the order due to lack of supplies. I not only do not believe this excuse, I think this whole transaction was poorly handled at every step of the way. The only good thing was that they did refund my money.

I live in Ohio. I ordered flowers for a funeral in Alabama. On the day of the funeral I received a text AND and email indicating that they could not deliver the flowers AND that they would be issuing a $90 credit back to my credit card. They did not issue the credit and want to keep my money. I'm now in a dispute with them though my Citi card. A dishonest company.

This is a scam. They call and change the order. Don't have any of the items listed on their website and send the tiniest bouquet of flowers imaginable that look nothing like the photo you purchased for an extremely high amount.

If I could leave no stars I would. Spoke to a man named Austin, who assured me he was at the SPECIFIC location in Plymouth NH that I was calling. In my experience of ordering flowers on the phone, I’ve learned to only speak directly with the florist in the store. So right off the bat, Austin lied to me. Then he tried to charge me taxes on my order when the state of New Hampshire is tax free. Well that was a dead give away that he’s not at the store location, which he then lied again when I asked him. I proceeded to then ask to speak to a supervisor at the store only to eventually be connected to a woman who finally admitted that she was in Florida. Bottom line is, they’re bold face liars. I went online and spoke with Flowersmiths located in the town of Plymouth NH. After explaining my experience she told me that she has heard many complaints about this company and their shady practices

I warn anybody to be very specific that if they cannot send the exact flowers that you want please do not order, they will not make it right if you are not satisfied. I sent flowers to my sister's family for her funeral I wanted something very specific and specificl as I could not attend her funeral, they sent them what looked like, random flowers left in the store thrown into a vase, leaving me heartbroken and embarrassed that my family thought I would send such a terrible arrangement of flowers to them. I did receive a text claiming they didn't have the flowers and that what they had in the store was not sellable but then 7 minutes later "suddenly" they were able to send them... but not making me aware that it would be nothing of what I ordered. I begged for the correct item to be sent but it was to no avail.

Was charged over $120 for flowers and 2 hours later they said they can't deliver them ! What a half butt run business ! DO NOT use these people !

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Do not use this florist! Was assured of beautiful flower delivery in a phone call to them, even an hour prior to the funeral where they were due. This is not a local florist anywhere. Flowers were never delivered. But I had to follow-up with them to find that out!
