DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!!!!! This has been a horrible experience. I called Monday morning for an arrangement to be delivered on Tues before 3:00p.m., when I got to funeral parlor it was not there. When I called about the arrangement, I was told by the women answering the phones that I had called and changed the time for Wednesday 11:20. I called her a liar. Then she asked to please hold on a minute, when she come back on, I too was told they said they are having a problem with driver (same as previous reviews) I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I asked her if the arrangement had been made and was put on hold again while she investigate further. I never got a straight answer from them. Again, I called them liars and said I want to talk to manager, I was put on hold. A women came back on the phone and said they would cancel my order and refund my money. I was so angry I called them liars again. I will have to check my bank account to make sure they did not remove the money from my account. Margaret Krieg-Allman Baltimore, Maryland

Horrible. Made it seem like I was ordering from a local company in the town my friend lives in. Sent sympathy flowers and the arrangement was awful and did not have one flower in bloom...was a bunch of greenery. Looked nothing like what I picked out or paid for. Very poor customer service also.

HORRIBLE!!!! My delivery was never made and when I called about it the man argued with me and then hung up on me! Save yourself some grief and use a reputable company!

This place is the worst. Did not deliver on the day requested - even though there was plenty of notice. Did not delivery the plant I requested. No apologies, no excuses. Do not use this company!

Same as all the other low reviews. They called to tell me their driver could not deliver the flowers to the funeral home. The driver supposedly did not give a reason why he could not deliver the flowers. I was at the funeral home for the funeral on the day they were suppose to deliver the flowers. There is absolutely no reason the flowers could not be delivered. There were many many other flower arrangements that had been delivered. Then they wanted to know if I wanted the flowers to be delivered on Monday to the home. I said no, and I wanted my money refunded. This is a SCAM company. I had to dispute their charge and cancel my credit card. DO NOT USE THEM, and pass this information along to everyone you know.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. I asked if they deliver to a specific area and they said they did....after taking the time to place the order and after charging my credit card....they called back to say they had a big event this weekend and couldn't fill the order. When I called to ask if they could deliver later in the week they said they don't deliver to that area. The charged my card yet I won't get the credit for 3-5 days. Avoid this one.......

This is an online only company that takes your order and try’s to fill it with a legit florist for a fraction of the price you paid. Florist have stopped taking their ridiculous orders so when they can’t find a florist they DO NOT refund all of your money to you. They are not based in the USA and they do not have to follow our rules and guild lines for businesses. I placed an order on monday for flowers to be delivered on Wednesday for my daughters birthday. I started recieving texts on Tuesday asking how my order went and would I give a review. Thursday I get several phone calls from a toll free number asking to verify my order. They did not sent my order on Wednesday. They didn't tell me why. I am supposed to be getting a refund in 3-5 days but my daughter did not get a present on her birthday and now I have to wait for the money so I can buy her something. Update on my refund. Unfortunately I had to file a claim with my bank so the charge did not go through. The company itself did not refund, pretty sure its just a scam business. Please beware and do your best to order locally from a business you can trust!
