DO NOT USE! I ordered funeral flowers on a Thursday for delivery Saturday (funeral Sunday). They called me Thursday afternoon to ask if they could substitute flowers due to supply/delivery issues. I said ok. Then, they called me Monday to inform ask if they could now deliver to a house, still due to supply issues. WHAT?! So flowers never made it to the funeral.

Very simple, what happened to all of these people on here talking about scam and bad flowers happened to me. I ordered something beautiful, not what I got. These people are scams, as all have reported, I am trying my best now to shut them down. I'M TELLING YOU PEOPLE, IF YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE YOU'VE ORDERED DON'T!!! THEY ARE 100% SCAMMERS. YOU ORDER A ROSE, YOU'LL GET A WILD FLOWER ON IT'S LAST LEGS

Horrible company. I order some flowers and a box of chocolates to be delivered to my niece for her birthday. What I ordered and what she recieved was completely different. The flower arrangement was cheap, pathetic looking and completely opposite from what I ordered. The box of chocolates turned out to be a couple of candy bars. HORRIBLE. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.

This florist (Patricia Petals) phone number +18442922244(is the worst they ruined what was suppose to be a beautiful sentiment for a loved one they delivered arrangements that I didn't order . I orders something completely different I wish that this buisness is shut down!!! They have Off shore operators who has no real knowledge. I give them no stars . I say that anyone in the US should start a reputable online florist service with US citizens that have staff that are reachable No shade at all but this is ridiculous... they had no direct number for drivers, they have no tracking package method, only emails. The worst ever!!! I have officially decided that i am not giving my money to companies like this anymore. Please shop around before giving any of these companies your money . And they are not even BBB Approved something I made a mistake with not checking prior to ordering

This company is a scam!!!! Don’t order from them. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s birthday in plenty of time for delivery on her birthday. After they have my money, they start with their calls and texts. I called back. They wanted to know if they could deliver the next day. I asked why. They wouldn’t answer just kept asking if they can deliver tomorrow. I reluctantly said okay, but they’ll be late for her birthday. Afterwards, I continued to receive texts to call. I texted and said I already called back and they can deliver tomorrow. This morning I receive a text that says since I didn’t respond in time (which I did!), it wouldn’t be delivered until 4 days late. I said to cancel my order. They wouldn’t even respond when I asked if my previous communications were even noted. They then had the nerve to say it will take 3 business days to get my money back to me. I said I want it back now. We’ll see if I even get it back. I’m 100% convinced this “company” is a scam. I’m contacting my credit card company to get this charge reversed. What a mistake to not check this “company” out first!

Terrible business! Avoid this florist. I called the person who was supposed to get the flowers and they never received them. So, I called the florist and explained that they didn't get the flowers. The florist said they were delivered the previous day at 4PM. So obviously the delivery went to the wrong location. After multiple phone calls to the florist, they kept on insisting that they would let me know after their investigation. I repeatedly told them that I don't care about their investigation. I reminded them that their obligation is to deliver the flowers to the correct location. I threatened to cancel the charge transaction and leave negative feedback. Eventually the flowers got delivered however I am leaving negative feedback because they haver terrible customer service skills. Buy from another florist!!!

I cannot believe I did not read the reviews before I ordered flowers from here. When I called yesterday on 6/28 for my sister's birthday, I was told in no uncertain terms that my flowers would be delivered on the same day, on 6/28. I received a phone call an hour later saying there were" supply difficulties." I spoke to someone and explained that I needed the flowers delivered that day, and I could change the type of flowers. The person I spoke to said, no problem, they would make it happen. SO, I called back 2 hours later, and they said they "attempted to deliver the flowers, and could not reach the recipient." I called back and reminded the person that I wanted the flowers left at the doorstep, and my sister might not answer her phone. Again, the person said, We will do this. Then, a THIRD time I called to confirm they had been delivered, and I was told Sorry. It will happen tomorrow. I was very upset, and said I should receive a discount. Then I called at 12pm on 6/29. The person said they would deliver the flowers soon, and that they would email me with confirmation of the flowers being delivered. At 5:30pm, I still had NOT received a confirmation. I called AGAIN. This time I was told that the flowers were reduced a ridiculously small amount by $5 and that the flowers would be delivered on 6/30. I was irate on the phone, and said they were already over 24 hours late, and they must be delivered today. And only then, did the person, say they would do this. The fact that I was not given a significant reduction if not given the whole thing as a complimentary gift, given how poorly this was handled is absurd. They were finally delivered at 6pm. I spent over 1.5 hours dealing with this. I could have ordered flowers and had them delivered on the same day by another place and it would have taken 15 minutes total. In addition, their advertising was a straight out lie, indicating that they are located in every location when in fact they are operating god knows from where. DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER COMPANY!

The delivered flowers were left on a front porch in the full sun, in-front of a glass door, in 95 degree weather. There was an alternative location with protection (shade) on either side of the door if one would have looked! My phone number was on the card...yet no call or announcement (door bell ring) that delivery occurred. No info on thw delivery card/sentiment card of what florist delivered. Patricia's Pedal Customer service left me on hold indiffinately. No satisfaction. NO info as to what local florist made and delivered so can't get local satisfaction. Bad bad
