Ugh, just say NO to Patricia's Petals. I ordered on Monday BEFORE 2:00 ("Order before 2:00, same day delivery!") but they didn't deliver until WEDNESDAY. I guess I'm glad they got delivered at all based on previous reviews that I, unfortunately, didn't read before ordering. :(

Patricia's Petals is a scam I ordered flowers for a disabled child, but she didn't receive even one plant. When I called to ask about the delivery or my money back she said she needed to hear from their driver, then hung up on me. Very bad business

Total scammers - didn't deliver my flowers because no reputable local florists will do business with them. BEWARE!!!

Horrid!!! Experience! NOT a local florist, as their site leads you to believe. Also, beware of their "designers choice" option. Implies florist replaces only the flowers, when what you ordered isn't available, nothing about the order will even remotely resemble what you paid for. Managed to get a partial refund, only after A LOT of back and forth and threatening to dispute the entire charge with my credit card company. DO NOT use these people!! They are a total SCAM! 1 star is not deserved! They need a ZERO rating.

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. Ordered for a Saturday delivery and nothing delivered. Called Monday and was told I'd be notified when delivered. Received a message about supply issues. I call to cancel only to find out it was already canceled without asking me first. Never again!!!

They don't deserve even one star. Ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. She has never received them and the customer service at Patricia's have told me twice that they are "investigating". It is a scam. DO NOT use this florist if that's even what they are. Now I need to call my credit card company to cancel payment and my friend never got flowers for a special birthday.

Avoid this "company" at all costs. They are NOT a local florist! I ordered flowers for an extremely ill friend. Today is the third day and still no flowers. I have canceled the order and got a true local florist. It has taken me almost 10 phone calls today with Patricia's. They hang up on you or you get cut off. BUYER BEWARE they are not a local florist. They don't even sound like Americans. I don't know who you are dealing with, but save yourself agony and make sure you have a florist actually in the town you are sending the flowers to.

Posed as a local florist via internet. Ordered a particular summery bouquet to be delivered to my sons girlfriend. $90 later, the flowers arrived on time but looked NOTHING like what I had chosen. A very masculine looking arrangement. Disappointed and notified my local florist that they were billing themselves as them. They said they had lawyers working on it.
