FAKE COMPANY! Took my money then said they couldn't fill the order due to supply chain issues - I said substitute it then, deliver SOMETHING - sorry we have nothing. Then I get a request to review them - called again and was told that my money had been refunded - I beg to differ - $91 mistake and my friend who I was trying to cheer up, well, sorry. A florist with zero product. FAKE COMPANY. Do not use them - wish I had read reviews first.

I totally agree with all the negative reviews. I will NOT use this flower shop ever. I placed 2 orders and were NEVER delivered. I was told that one order was delivered and I called the recipient and the flowers were NOT delivered. They are bunch of LIARS! I cancelled the orders and requested the reverse the charges. Let's see how soon this will be processed.

My Dad ordered flowers, candy, etc to be delivered on my birthday. He received a text message ON my birthday telling him the order was canceled due to "supply chain issues." Per PP's website, substitutions can and will be made for items not available. Per a sales rep on the phone, "substitutions will Be made and the customer will be notified if this needs to be done." He was never notified of any supply chain issue and instead the order was just canceled on the day of delivery.

I placed an order on July 29, 2022 for a beautiful basket of mixed outdoor flowers. They were to be delivered to a funeral home by 4:00 pm on August 1st. My friend's uncle had passed away and I wanted to send her something nice. Patricia's Petals called me about 2:00 pm on the day of the funeral to tell me that they didn't have any of the plants to go in the basket. They ended up sending a very small arrangement of houseplants that arrived two hours late. Do not ever buy from this place! They even charged me the full amount of the original arrangement. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

To say that I am extremely disappointed in Patricia's Petals and your customer service is a huge understatement. On Thursday, August 18th, I placed an online order for an arrangement for my Aunt's funeral service which is today, August 20th at 10:00am.  This morning, at approximately 9:45am, I received a call from "Rey" letting me know that my flowers would not be delivered due to a supply issue. As Rey was speaking with me, there were children screaming in the background.   To be called 15 minutes before my Aunt's service only to be told her flowers would not be delivered is unacceptable and poor customer service. I am sure your business knew prior to today that there was an issue with the arrangement I ordered. No one had the courtesy to call me yesterday about a possible replacement of flowers, a different arrangement or that my order would not be fulfilled and give me enough time to order from a competent florist that could fulfill my order.  I am very dissatisfied with Patricia's Petals and your customer service.  I always try to support locally owned businesses, however yours was a disappointment.   I am HIGHLY embarrassed at the fact that I now have to explain to my family why the flowers I ordered for my Aunt's service never made it.

THIS IS TWICE I HAVE TRIED TO USE THIS PLACE I CALLED FIRST THING THIS MORNING TO SEND FLOWERS BEING GUARANTEED THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY ONLY TO GET A PHONE CALL AT 4:45 PM THEY CAN'T BE DELIVERED TODAY AND CAN THEY SUBSTITUTETE FOR WAX. WHAT ON EARTH "BEYOND DISSAPOINTED"....... WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE OR EVER USE THEM...............................

Patricia’s Petals should be shut down! They are horrible to take advantage of many people trying to lift loved ones during a very sad time. PP’s judgement will come one day.

Just learned an important life lesson! Always check the online reviews prior to placing order! This "florist" failed to deliver my rather expensive arrangement I wanted sent on a friend's special birthday! I placed the order 48 hrs. before intended date, received a lame text message and a useless ph. # for an apparently non-existent customer service Dept.! Sham!
