Buyer beware! Once you’ve fallen for the free delivery, and agreed to the price of the floral arrangement plus tax, the website for Patricia’s Pedals has you type in your credit card information. Make sure you catch the additional service charge that gets tacked on before you approve the transaction. It’s significant!

I only give them a single star because there is no "Zero star" option. I was swindled, lied to and robbed plain and simple and am pursuing a claim I ordered a $90 bouquet of "Peruvian Lily Rainbow Bouquet, Delux" for my sister's Birthday and what she got delivered was something full of carnations, mums and dyed leaves! It looked like a cheap thanksgiving arrangement from a super low-end grocery store! I have NEVER been so blatantly lied to and swindled, and am filing a dispute complaint with my credit card company!

This is the worst flower shop! 1 hour before visitation they call me and leave me a voicemail to call them back. When I did, they tell me there is nothing wrong with the order. Someone calls me back not even 5 minutes later telling me "they don't have the supplies to make the arrangements." I am furious and DO NOT recommend them to anyone. I wish i would have read the reviews.

They don’t deserve even a 1 star. They are the worst and take no ownership to correct any problems with your order. If you use them I can guarantee you’ll be sorry. Wishes I hadn’t wasted my money and wished I had see. These reviews first

This business is a COMPLETE SCAM. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered 2 days ahead of time and called 8 times throughout the day to be told I'm "in the que" for delivery today. Then at the end of the day when everyone else is closed, they text you to ask for delivery tomorrow! They are NOT local as the lead you to believe. Waiting for a refund, but not holding my breath! STAY CLEAR!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Unfortunately (we should have googled the company first) we placed an order for flowers for my sister-in-law in Carrollton, Oh, who is recovering from surgery from Patricia's Petals. Per their ad that come up via a duck duck search they have been serving the Carrollton community for over 4 decades. (See their add here: patriciaspetals.com Florist Carrollton Oh - Voted Best OH Florist We Take Pride in Delivering Top Quality, Hand-arranged Bouquets. Family Owned. Patricias Petals has been serving our community for over 4 decades.Hand arranged & delivered · Unmatched Prices · Unmatched Quality) Based on the ad we thought they were the best florist to use in Carrollton. After several days we contacted our sister-in-law only to find that the flowers were NEVER delivered. We called Patricia's Petals. When we finally got through, the person talking said the order was cancelled due to supply chain issues and that our money would be returned. They never told us the order was cancelled. Fortunately, to date, they have not charge our credit card account. We googled them and were SHOCKED with the many BAD reviews on this bogus company. Why has the BBB not shut them down. There is something like 181 complaints at the BBB. I had to give one star to give this review but a zero stars is what I assign.

I would give Patricia's Petals -5 stars if I could. They aren't in Clifton Springs, NY as they portray. They didn't give the flowers I ordered. In fact, they delivered old flowers that actually looked like they were dying. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!

I can only agree with all the disappointments. Better order from someone else. they do not deliver what they advertise.
