I ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days later for a dear friends birthday. They never arrived.

This company doesnt deliver based on what they present in their pictures. I ordered flowers for a funeral got got nothing of what the picture looked like online. False advertising. Dont do it.

I should have also read the reviews. They said my transactions were declined, yet they have taken £252 of my money hostage and refuse to refund it. They lie and say that it was declined but my bank assures me it was not. I am now a week into trying to get my money back. There were no flowers. This is a total scam. I don't know what to do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Made the mistake of not researching Patricia’s Petals before purchasing. Believe every negative review you read about this business! Scheduled flowers for delivery. Called to confirm order and was informed flowers were out for delivery. Flowers were never delivered and I received a call the following day with inventory excuses. I highly recommend finding a different supplier.

They texted me late today to tell me that had "no supplies" so now I have missed my own daughter Birthday! Why are they taking orders with no supplies?!! Why didn't they call 1st thing in the am so I could call someone else??!! They need to shut down the website if they have no flowers!!!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!!

I too, should have read the reviews. Ordered flowers for my wife, for our anniversary (a day ahead of time too). It was to be delivered to her work. The called a hour before my wife' business closes to inform me that they cannot fulfil the order. Never again!

Well I should have read the reviews. I specifically requested NO CARNATIONS AND NO LILIES. The arrangement arrived and it was basically ALL CARNATIONS AND LILIES. I've spent forever on hold. Emailed and they replied that they'd refund me less than $13. PLEASE save yourself some time and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wretched. Cancelled order without informing me. Supply issues. Only redeeming quality, speedy refund. Never using again.
