I should have read the reviews - I too was scammed thinking the florist was local to Minnesota. I ordered and then realized they weren't there. When I tried to call customer service I was told "it's out for delivery" but it never arrived. I tried to call later and I got no answer. It is a scam.

If I could rate it less than 1 I would. I called and asked if they were located in Fryeburg, Maine, and they said yes. THEY ARE NOT IN MAINE. I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered and on the day they were to be delivered, I received a call to verify the address. Then another call saying they were out of chocolates. Then a third call, 1.5 hrs AFTER they were supposed to be delivered, saying they don't have flowers either. They assured me they would be delivered the next day. I received a call the next day saying they can't fill the order as they have neither chocolats nor flowers. They should have stated when I first called they #1 are not in Maine #2 They were out of things I was looking to purchase DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Please, please, please do NOT order flowers from this florist. I didn't find these reviews until too late. They didn't notify me that the flowers I ordered for a funeral were NOT delivered. After reading all these reviews, I believe this store should be investigated.

I ordered birthday flowers for my grandmother at 11:00AM, noting that it was well before the 2:00PM deadline for same day delivery. Patricia's Petals did not contact me to say anything was delayed until the next morning, when they said they had "supply chain issues."

As everyone has said, don't order from here. Was assured when I ordered on the 16th would be delivered on 17th. Didn't get a call or email stating can't deliver. Was told no product. Why didn't they notify me when they opened at 8 if they didn't have flowers. I highly suggest everyone with a complaint contact BBB on them i filed complaint right away and notified Geneva Chamber of Commerce about them

Buyer Beware!! Terrible service!! I placed an order this morning for delivery today that I was ASSURED would happen and then I receive an email stating that "due to supply" my order cannot be filled!! I even asked when I ordered to be sure that the delivery would happen and was told it would. I wanted to call Patricia's Petals directly to place my order but there wasn't a local number (only the 844 toll free number). Do your homework before ordering from this place.

What a shame my boss had to go all day thinking she was getting a boss's day present. I placed the order the morning of the Oct 7th. 10 days ahead of time. I was told it was delivered in the order received. Here it is 1:00 and still no order. $80 and no "delivery fee" but a $16.99 service fee. Still no delivery. $80 for bad service and still no resolution. I wish I would have read the review ahead of time

The worst!!! here is the email I received at 16:45 EDT on the day my order for a friends's birthday was to be delivered. I called to complain, and they had NO resolution..the only explanation was to say" We're sorry" NEVER use this service....here is there email. It was too late to do anything... Hi Karan, I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order for Barbara Servis. We will check with our billing department if the transaction has been voided and if not, we will issue you a full refund for this order which you should expect to see posted back onto your bank statement in 3-5 business days.
