I should have read the reviews. I ordered a beautiful white arrangement for my brother’s funeral 6 days in advance. The day before the funeral I received a text saying that they will have to do a florists choice of fall colors because they didn’t have white flowers. They actually offered me $5.00 for the inconvenience! Unbelievable. DO NOT order anything from this company you will be disappointed

Buyer Beware!!! Very disappointed in their terrible customer service. Ordered a planter for a funeral 5 days in advance. 4 days in advance, they emailed me stating my order was on track for the scheduled delivery. Then at 10 am, the morning of the funeral, they informed me they couldn't deliver due to supply chain delays. I fully understand problems with the supply chain, but the point is, they could have let me know sooner of a potential problem and to have a Plan B ready. I will not "attempt" to use this business ever again.

Bait and switch. DO NOT USE PATRICIAS PETALS!!! I was so disappointed with this order!  I ordered the Stars of Life Standing Spray at around 1:00 PM on Friday, 10/21/22. On Saturday morning around 10:00, I received a call saying not all the material was available, so we were limited to making it into a basket. At around 2:30 on Saturday afternoon, I received another call saying NO flowers were available and we could only get a basket of live plants.  I was told that I could try another florist to see what they could do.  Note this is after 2:30 on Saturday afternoon for something that needed to be delivered Saturday afternoon.  Pretty much had no choice but to take the basket of live plants.   I expected to get at least $99.00 worth of live plants since that is what the 'Stars of Life Standing Spray' cost.  I got one plant in a small basket that looked like something I could get from Home Depot for $30.00.  The plant was not on their website.   I wish I had read the reviews prior to doing business with them.

Just decided they weren't going to deliver my flowers the day of my delivery. They were for the anniversary of a death in the family. It was really upsetting.

I ordered flowers for my Aunt's funeral 5 days before the funeral, asking that they be delivered to the church before 10 a.m. At 9 a.m. on the day of the funeral I received a text telling me they couldn't deliver my order because they had "...a supply chain issue..." How can it take them 5 days to tell me this. As a result my family didn't have any flowers at the funeral. This business is an embarrassment! Do not order from them!!

I would give them no stars if I could. Same experience as so many others. My order for a funeral delivery today was cancelled this morning. Crazy! I hope they are not skimming our credit card info. Makes me wonder. Stay away!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Ordered in early am, had to repeat info 3 times as they could not get it correct. Their FREE delivery cost me $15.99 for a service fee, they called me at 2pm to tell me that the container that I had chosen which had a wide opening was not available could they replace with a vase or basket? I ok'd the vase when we arrived at the visitation the vase had a very small opeing so the UPGRADED bouquet that I chose looked cheap and nothing like the photo! I complained very respectfully and the only thing that they did was ask me for a photo. Sorry I think it would have been super tacky to stand in front of the grieving family and take a picture of what our family sent!!! DO NOT USE SERVICES. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND IN FACT WHEN I ASKED FOR A REDUCED RATE SINCE I WAS NOT GETTING THE CONTAINER THAT I CHOSE THEY TOLD ME NO DISCOUNT! They also advertise as local when they in fact are not.

Please be aware of this company. They are very fraudulent. My daughter and I ordered flowers for our loved ones funeral for $80. The bank alerted us that they took $180 and never delivered the flowers as promised. This company needs to definitely be investigated by the FBI and Lawenforcement. Is listed as a local company in vanceboro NC but it's suspicious for sure.
