Patricia Petals is a clearing house. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered on a Thursday and it took till Monday at 6:30 to deliver after 3 phone calls on my end. Flowers looked dead and I could have arranged them better in my sleep. Was suppose to be a pretty glass vase with ribbon. NOT!!!!! I was so upset as it was for my nephews new baby. Go to a good reviwed florist.

This is not an actual florist in the city you are sending it to. They sent my order through Hy Vee. If I had wanted Hy Vee I would have ordered from them. I wanted an actual florist shop which I thought this was. I saw a picture of what was sent my friend and it looked nothing like the picture I had ordered it from. This is very disappointing since I had spent much time looking at not only their site but others and decided on them because I liked the arrangement as well as the blue vase it came in. No blue vase! A plain clear vase with a pitiful blue ribbon wrapped around it. What a waste of money....slot of money! The bouquet I chose was called Calming Comfort Bouquet.....which was certainly not how I felt at the end of this experience!

I ordered flowers for a funeral, their site said the were local florist in Killeen, Texas. The funeral was on 10 Nov., I specifically called them after ordering to make sure the flowers would be delivered on Wed the 9th., the day before. The request was in print and I was assured by the associate that the flowers would be delivered on Wed. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED! I called the customer service number and they gave me an excuse that they were waiting for me to call them to approve a subsitution!? The associate I spoke with never mentioned a subsitution, I never got a call or an email. These people are scammers and I will be reporting them. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

This is a SCAM! My sister wanted to think of this family and was ripped off! Please don’t order!!!

I'm sorry I can't give them a zero. This place is terrible. They called to tell me they didn't have the pink flowers I requested in the arrangement so I told them they could substitute. The flowers they sent look like something they pulled out of the median of the road. They were wilted and dying. Nothing compared to what I bought. And yes you get free delivery but a $15.99 service fee. I wish I could upload the pictures of what I ordered versus what I received. So pathetic

T-H-E MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH ANY BUSINESS!!!!! FLOWERS WERE OLD, BROWN, AND CRUSTY. VASE LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING FROM AN OLD GARAGE SALE, BOW LOOKED JUST AS OLD (SAME GARAGE SALE), WHAT A RIP OFF!!! SHAME ON ME FOR NOT GOING TO THE BBB FIRST TO READ ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS!! AND WHAT DO THEY CARE?? LAUGHING AT US STUPID AMERICANS ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK!!!

Total rip off. Paid $65 for a Deluxe bouquet. My sister sent me a picture of flowers received, what a joke.

Scam- not even a flower shop- no delivery fee but 15.99 service fee - hires a 3rd party to deliver less than your flower order
