Placed order online for sympathy basket but after a week and a day before delivery they said they needed to make substitution. I do realize that happens but the substitution was really low quality in comparison to what I ordered. Called them and expressed my disappointment and they said they would reimburse a little of my expense but a month later nothing so my recommendation is don't use this business.

I ordered flowers sent to my grandaughter for her birthday. The flowers were delivered to me instead. I asked them to rectify the mistake, but they said I had to pay because I accepted the flowers(ie. took them in off my front steps after the florist had rung my doorbell.). I am still disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I placed an order for an Anniversary arrangement to be delivered on Tuesday November 15th Later that day they called to tell me they did not receive their floral shipment from the supplier. Could they deliver the following day. I was not happy but agreed The next day they called me and said they did not have the vase I ordered would I be ok with a substitute I agreed again later that same day they called and said they did not receive the flowers I ordered could replace it with Florists choice of flowers I said fine long as it is nice They called me again morning explaining they did not deliver again because they did not get order from supplier. Asking again to deliver on the third day in a row. I asked why should I believe you will be receiving your order today I was assured it would be good. I just received a text saying that could not deliver and refunded my money. I called and what a waste of time I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they will tell you the same thing but we will refund your money. How kind you will give me my money back for the service you promised to deliver for three days in a row. Honestly I will never use them and don't believe anyone else should. One of the worst service experiences I have had.

They charged me for the wrong flower arrangement 101.59. I corrected them with the correct arrangement for 116.59. What got delivered was something worse than what I could get at the supermarket! It wasn’t even close to what their picture showed. Plus they charged me for both! After emails they refunded the 101.59! Really! I notified the CC company about this scam. I also reported to the FTC and the BBB.

Requested and paid for same-day delivery. I was notified late in the day that was not possible. Way too late to order from somewhere else. No restitution was offered and essentially told to pound sand. FU patricia's petals.

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the ones ordered. Looked like it was arranged by a child. Very disappointing!! Order from someplace else if you care about quality.

Patricia's Petals is not a florist. They are a third party delivery service who is unreliable, badly managed and operates with deceptive pricing practices. I ordered a bouquet on Mon 11/7/22 to be delivered from several of my colleagues and I for my coworkers birthday the next day on Tue 11/8/22. The total cost came to $65 which I paid by credit card. Only after I paid did the confirmation e-mail note that I was charged $85.52 which included a $15.99 "service fee" not disclosed in advance. Tue 11/8/22 came and went and the flowers were not delivered. At 7:49am the next morning I received 2 texts from different phone numbers telling me the flowers were not delivered as they didn't receive the flowers from the retail shop WHICH THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. When I called Patricia's Petals about this, the person I spoke with could not understand the problem I had with the undisclosed fee and had no good answer to why I was not contacted timely if there was a problem with the delivery. When I asked for a partial refund, they offered $5.00. Hahaha - seriously! You can't make this stuff up folks. After wasting more time on the phone they gave me a $10 refund. Word to the wise - ORDER FROM A LOCAL FLOWER SHOP DIRECTLY! You will waste a lot of time with these people and they will not do what they promised.

DO NOT ORDER flowers from here. There is no same day delivery. There is no delivery at all. They charged my card and never delivered the flowers despite calling them daily to check in. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and any one else who has experienced this issue should do the same. BUT, save yourself the time, hassle and buy your flowers elsewhere! How this company is still in business is beyond me.
