I used this florist thinking they were local. They are not local. I ordered the Home for the Holidays Centerpiece and specifically said, I DO NOT WANT ALL WHITE. I do not want a funeral centerpiece. This is Christmas and birthday gift. I wanted something with red roses with color, pinecones, and earthy with greenery. I got a solid white funeral arrangement and I hated it. It was supposed to be delivered same day but was not delivered until two days later. The van broke down. I understand small business problems but not the all white arrangement. They did refund me $30 after several emails but I am embarrassed at the arrangement.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Received a call shortly after placing order and paying $80 for a bouquet, that they would not be able to deliver same day due to not having fresh flowers. I was assured that the flowers would deliver first thing the next day. I checked on status at 2pm, and was told that they had not received an update from the delivery driver and were trying to reach them. 4pm, again, they assured me they were out for delivery and waiting for an update from driver. 5pm, all of a sudden they were having unexpected issues from their supplier. So, these were never out for delivery, got the run around all day when i could have ordered from someone else. I was also told my card was not charged, which was untrue because the transaction went through yesterday and they have now told me to dispute with my bank. very displeased with the entire event, Patrica's Petals is nothing short of a scam. Do not use this company.

I always read reviews first but was in a hurry. I'm kicking myself!!!! They took payment but didn't deliver flowers. My poor 85 year old Aunt was waiting for them as I double checked her address since Patricia Petals told me nobody lived at that address - it's a Senior Living Facility. I'm filing this late because I just received my Cash App statement to be sure I had all info. How is the best way to get my money back?

Look away. Patricia's Petals is an absolute drag.

My bank account just looked at it there's $120.some change out due to this DAM company, they are intrusive and have trespass plus have stolen money from my account, I will have my attorney and the FBI internet division go after them full force. Anyone reads this report please DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY OUT TO THESE low lifes. I had them cancel my order because they couldn't keep there delivery date to my wife, they came up with excuses "like this one -out of stock- they canceled but they just took out $120.and some change". People watch out

DO NOT USE PATRICIA'S PETALS to order flowers or plants online! They are fraudsters and will substitute something CHEAP to rip you off! From the local florist I spoke to for the order Patricia's Petals sent for my cousin's funeral, they do this REGULARLY!! BEWARE OF THEM as well as Ava's Flowers, Terri's Florist, 1800Flowers, From You Flowers, Blooms Today, Troy's Florist & Just Flowers...ARE ALL RIPOFF ARTISTS!!! FTD & Teleflora are online gatherers as well, but are reputable.

Ordered flowers early in the morning for an anniversary. Got an email at 3:00 in the afternoon that they were out of flowers and unable to deliver. When I called to see what substitution they could offer so flowers could go today, she said it's the holidays and they were busy so I am just going to have to wait until the next day. They will not be able to fulfill what I ordered but they will give me something worth the "same value" tomorrow hopefully.

NEVER EVER use this florist in Cambridge, Ohio. I ordered flowers for a funeral with 3 days notice. They texted me the day before calling hours stating they did not have the flowers I ordered and that a designer would "CHOOSE" their own to complete the order. I demanded they correct this by making a larger arrangement then they tell me they'll deliver in plenty of time when they told me when I ordered they do not deliver on Sundays. They told me yesterday (when it was too late to order from anyone else) they would still deliver today, Sunday. I called the funeral home & the flowers were not there! I had to speak all 3 times to a foreigner who did not understand me. Today I demanded a refund & it took her 25 minutes to talk to a "supervisor" only to tell me they would call their driver!!!! I am supposed to get a refund. We'll see. I could have donated to the go fund me account instead! My best friend died & this florist had no sympathy for my situation at all. Don't ever ever allow these scammers to take an order from you! They will let you down!
