Ordered flower for my daughter who had surgery and after waiting the entire day to see if she got them, I called to see when they were going to deliver her flowers and was told that they were out for delivery. I called the next day and they said that they hadn't talked to their delivery person yet. Then I was told that they had been delivered to the front door. Talked to my daughter and she said that she hadn't received them. I called again and they told me they needed to talk to the delivery person. They had the nerve to call my sick daughter and question her say "are you sure you didn't get the flower"? When I called them back they said that they were unable to talk to the delivery person, I said are you saying that my daughter is a liar, because somebody's lying and it wasn't my daughter. I'm waiting for a refund.

Do not buy from this florist!!! I ordered over $400.00 2 arrangements . From the website they looked beautiful and they were no way near what I asked for and I paid for the premium. They were dead and over an hour late. The funeral director called them and they were no help. She told them they were not welcome at any time. I was embarrassed because it was a family member and I had given them specific instructions and they did not abide by them!!! I feel like I was scammed I feel like I should get a the total reimbursement. And they are giving a hard time!!!!

I’m stupid for not checking out this company before using them. I ordered flowers on 2/1 for a funeral viewing on 2/3, the funeral was today. Guess what no flowers. They claim they were delivered this morning but they were not! They were supposed to be delivered yesterday, the funeral was this morning at 10am and still no flowers. They said they delivered them at 8:21 this morning then why didn’t the funeral home have them??? They offer same day delivery supposedly and I ordered 2 days in advance and still got nothing except ripped off and apparently everyone else did too!!!

I wish I had looked at the reviews also. I called at 12:45 for same day delivery based on their website. I was told deliveries were already out for the day, then why have that on your website? I called and customer service was terrible, on hold for 16 minutes.

I ordered a funeral spray arrangement on a Tuesday for delivery on a Friday between 10am-12pm (this place does same day delivery if ordered by 2pm, so my 4 day notice was ample time). They notified me Friday morning at 9am that their supplier was not able to deliver an easel that day and asked if they could change the arrangement to a basket arrangement and have it sent to the family's house instead the following day, and they'd offer a discount on the basket. The whole purpose of this arrangement was to demonstrate to the family that we were with them in spirit when we sadly could not make it to the funeral. Also, we wanted to contribute to making the area around the casket more beautiful. This florist waited until the day of the funeral for her supplier, implying she'd make the original order in time to be delivered between 10am-12pm, but when I asked to have the basket delivered to the funeral home, they replied that that would not be possible as they were too busy. I believe they were just making excuses. Also, their discount for their huge mistake was a measly $5 on a $120+ order. Unless you want to deal with the headache of trying to fix their mistakes during your happiest or saddest moments, stay away from this place!

Wow, I wish I would have looked at the reviews. I ordered my flowers yesterday and here it is 3:30 and they still have not been delivered. Do not use this florist, I called, and they couldn't even give me a time they would be delivered. There is more - we finally received them and the flowers we ordered were called Purple Perfection because my boss loves the color purple. The ones I receive are red and in a glass container and the one I ordered was in white metal container. I wish I could add pictures - stay away from this florist.

Buyer Beware. I googled "florist magnolia tx" because I wanted a local florist. I was on my phone and did not have the time to do a lot of research. This one popped up, so I called. I asked if they were in Magnolia and that said yes (LIE #1). The person on the line has a foreign accent so I asked if I was speaking to a service or someone at the actual floral shop. I was told someone at the shop (LIE #2). So, I then asked if they had specific flowers available (stargazer lillies and yellow and white roses) and was told yes (LIE #3). So we custom designed an arrangement. Again, I was on the phone and not ordering on the website. Placed an order for delivery the next day. Created a message for the card that was specific and necessary. Mistake #1: Order was delivered - without the note saying who it was from (only the "Welcome Home" message) and a VERY different arrangement than ordered (this could have been bad as it was being sent to comfort a friend and cheer them up who was going through a bad divorce with false accusations of an affair). Mistake #2: When I reached out and told them this was not at all what I ordered, they responded "In our substitution policy, it states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability. This ensures that your order is delivered in a timely fashion. We apologize that you were not satisfied with the substitution that was made." WELL I WAS ORDERING ON THE PHONE and nobody read me or told me about this policy. They offered me a $40 credit in the end but it was a $100 arrangement and was not satisfactory to me. AVOID. SUMMARY: Flowers were pretty but contracted out so not sure they can take credit for that. And they were not even close to what I ordered. No note saying who they were from. Lied from the beginning about location and availability.

The flowers delivered were NOT what i ordered and what i paid for. Extremely disappointed. Also were not delivered on the day they promised.
