I should've looked at the reviews before using this company, had I done that, I would've NOT ordered through them. Placed an online order 2/8 at 8:34am, at 9:24am I received an email that my order was cancelled. I called and she said someone called me to confirm my email and last name and because they didn't match; so they cancelled our order. When they called, no message was left and nothing was in the email asking for confirmation prior to the email cancellation. How upsetting, friend's brother passed and we we're just trying to send flowers.

Placed order for Hospital delivery, but flowers never got delivered and was placed on 10 min hold after which I finally hung up. So sad that people are being taken advantage of with such a beautiful thing as flowers for ill ones. Do not order from them - this is a scam!!!!!

We ordered roses & a planter for my sister-in-law's memorial service, but neither was delivered. Received a call one hour before service that roses, due to supply chain, could not be delivered, and that planter could not be delivered until next day. We agreed to next day delivery for planter, but received a call the day that planter was supposed to be delivered that that particular planter could not be delivered. They asked to substitute something else, we declined offer and asked for a full refund. So needless to say, we missed the opportunity to pay our respects due to their incompetence. And, I had even called the Friday before anticipated Monday delivery to make sure everything was OK, was assured that it was. Our family in Colorado was wondering where flowers/planter was from their Kentucky families. Save yourself some aggravation and don't order from this florist. Also stated on their website that they were in Mead, Colorado but they are not a local florist, customer service is possibly located in India, really hard to understand. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This company is very poor with customer service. I ordered flowers for a service before 10:00AM and was told they would be delivered same day. They even called before noon to clarify information. We were under the impression everything was great and would be delivered for the visiation. We were sent an email 20 minutes before the visitation ended that read: I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order. We will check with our billing department if the transaction has been voided and if not, we will issue you a full refund for this order which you should expect to see posted back onto your bank statement in 3-5 business days. If you dont have what people want/need and you cant offer something else then you really should just close up shop. When we emailed them this morning, they did nothing to fix this and said order was voided. Then sent this back in another email to us: We sincerely apologize for the late notice and that you experienced this situation on this important occasion. We want to fulfill your order but the flower supplies we were expecting did not arrive as scheduled. If we have known this before, we should have informed you immediately. We would also like to inform you that the transaction for this order was already voided (not charged). Kindly get in touch with your bank for further confirmation and for your updated bank statement. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. My story is the same as the rest. I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered an arrangement online for a funeral - their address looked close and they said "free delivery". Then, I called to verify the delivery time for the next day. I questioned the $15.99 service charge and the girl offered to refund me $5 of it. They told me to leave my line open the morning of the funeral in case they needed to call me. I told her that she probably wouldn't be able to reach me, so if she didn't have the flowers I ordered she could substitute other flowers. She promised me a beautiful sympathy arrangement to be delivered before the funeral - I actually asked for it to be delivered two hours before the funeral. Well, 15 minutes after the funeral started, I received a call. I was watching the funeral via Zoom. I was told by the man on the phone that my flowers were not delivered due to supply chain issues, and they would like to deliver them to the home. I was livid. This was an arrangement from my side of the family for display at the funeral. They didn't even have the decency to let me know ahead of time so that I could call another florist. I called them back after the funeral and was still told that they wanted to deliver them to the residence. He tried to blame my frustration on my emotions at this difficult time. I was so frustrated. I demanded a refund and was placed on hold for a fair amount of time and then told that a refund had been issued. I have yet to see the refund on my credit card.

Patricia's Petals is the same entity as Terry's Florist.....they are scam artists. They day they're local but they are actually located in a centralized location. They take orders then BS you as to why the flowers didn't get delivered or delivered 2 or 3 days late. All of the people on the phone have middle eastern accents....don't know if they're Indian,Pakistani or what. The money goes to someone in NJ. The address is bogus....can't find it on maps. Stay far away from both of these scam assholed!!!

Wish I had seen sooner. This did not show up prior to ordering. Total scam. States free delivery then when checking out charges $15.99 service fee. Totally pissed!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PATRICIAS PETALS! I ordered flowers days ahead of when they should have been delivered for a funeral. On the day the flowers were to be delivered they called and wanted to change what I had ordered. I told them I was extremely unhappy and would not be giving them a good review. They did not call and tell me they canceled the order, the only reason I found out, was I called to find out what flowers they were changing to. They stated they had canceled the order and processed a refund because I was going to give them a bad review. I then called back and requested email confirmation of the refund and they stated it would be done in 3-5 days. I requested confirmation that a refund would be made. I have not received anything yet. I then ordered through a trusted florist I have used in the past and they were able to get me an arrangement in a few hours.
