Paid a120.00 for a small vase of flowers that looked they were just thrown in. Horrible arrangement! I paid extra for candy that I didn't receive. Had to call twice about the order. My card was charged a week ago. This was for my wife's birthday. NEVER again!

Ordered flowers for a funeral. 2 hours before funeral they send notice they can't fulfill the order. Should not have taken in the first place. How do you make up missing a funeral? Unacceptable. Tons of complaints on BBB. Reputed not to send refunds either. My assumption is this business is either a scam or inept beyond belief. Buy from a reputable company instead of Patricia's Petals who are not legitimate.

They advertise a price for floral arrangements on their website. Typically something like, "Sale". $69.99. When you try to place an order, they inform at the last step that there is a $30 service charge. Very dishonest. Don't fall for it.

Accepted the order and then cancelled several hours later. 2nd florist in the same day, same town that could not make a simple arrangement. Do not order from this business.

Ordered flowers for a 16th birthday and they sent a much smaller and less expensive arrangement. The balloon they chose was very elementary as well. Their customer service issued us a small refund (about 1/5 of what we paid total) and will no longer reply to my emails. We are very disappointed.

This is NOT a shop that offers customer service. I had a problem with my order, spoke with a woman on the phone who assured me she would “get in touch with someone” to take care of the problem, and it was Never addressed. Go to a local shop where you can find an owner who actually cares what and when the flowers are delivered. They also offer FREE delivery but then tack on a $15.99 SERVICE FEE! What the heck? Never again.

Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for a funeral, best part is I think they were sent, even got a confirmation email. To my surprise they canceled the order because they didn't have the flowers. Problem is they didn't even call and let me know. Pretty sure "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it at all. So, upset.
