Quick easy and effective, thats what you expect an online transaction to be. Were some shipping issues that were not their fault they helped sort. Nothing wrong with buying from them at all, and they were negotiable on a very expensive purchase.

well...? I haven't received the table, yet, and I haven't heard boo from the company...it was supposed to be coordinated/delivered by tomorrow, I think?

Thanks for your message - and apologies for the confusion. The tracking initially provided by our warehouse team was incorrect, which we’re very sorry about. Our latest update shows the table was delivered on March 17th - glad to see it arrived safely. For future reference, our team responds within 24 hours, so reaching out directly allows us to resolve any issues quickly. All the best, The Patio Pelican Team

We are still waiting to receive our order. Very disappointed that the delivery service refused delivery to our neighborhood because he thought his truck was too big! Restoration Hardware and other delivery services regularly deliver large furniture items routinely without issue. Waiting a quick resolution for the delivery of Our "paid for" Fire Pit

Thank you for your feedback and we completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery issue. Unfortunately, the initial problem was caused by the delivery company, and while it was out of our hands, we absolutely share your disappointment that it happened. That said, we’re pleased to hear that our team was able to quickly step in and manage the situation so your fire pit could be delivered successfully. We take pride in supporting our customers through these rare hiccups, and we hope you’re now enjoying your new fire pit. Thank you again for your patience while we resolved this. Best regards, The Patio Pelican Team

Having direct contact with Patio Pelican people via email to help track shipping was extremely helpful. Your costumer support is excellent, responsive and effective! The SHOP app, which I was directed to use following my purchase for tracking, is not effective and is very frustrating. I hope to avoid using that app ever again!

Great shipping. Best price I could find anywhere online. Beautiful products. Purchased the elemento fire table in dark gray. AMAZING! They don't sell junk.
