Justin, From the moment I first heard Justin’s voice he put my mind at ease. His friendly professional demeanor and confidence in explaining the process was super helpful. He answered all my questions even after I repeated them- so patient! This was my second time inquiring support from Patientfi as my initial was with a young lady who just didn’t answer my question and spoke very condescendingly and actually left me worried about my financial circumstances.
